I stopped by Ox 9 Noodles while in a hurry and needed something quick to-go for lunch — and they delivered! We drove up, scanned the QR code on the counter, placed the order, and in less than 10 minutes I was walking out with my food. Talk about fast service — but definitely not “fast food” quality!

Braised Beef Stew Noodles: The beef was incredibly tender and exactly what I was craving. At first, the broth tasted a bit salty, but once everything was mixed together, it was just right. I added extra stewed beef for $7, and it was absolutely worth it!

Juicy Pork Burger: So glad I ordered this too — it paired perfectly with the leftover beef broth. The pork was juicy, flavorful, and just salty enough to balance the flatbread (which I learned is called rou jia mo or bai ji mo). Delicious!

🍜 FOOD: I ordered the Spicy Ground Pork dry noodles. It's not too spicy at all, and there's chili oil on the table if you want it to be spicier. You have a choice of 6 sizes and styles of noodles, so it's customizable to anything you like! The portion is huge, I would reccomend sharing with someone and perhaps ordering a small starter.

💵 PRICE: Each bowl is anywhere from $13-$15. I remember these being a bit cheaper but the overall check isn't too unfair for the Bay Area.
