HobbyTown — Attraction in Fresno

I dropped my slash off here for wire managment they then proceded to break wires and and lose pieces of my car then replace them with homemade part and most of staff is rude had been coming here for years (just realized I could edit reviews) But my dad never came in the store, I never demanded money, I requested a replacement receiver box or refund, never insulted anyone I had even emailed the gmail after the response to check the security cameras if they are so adamant that I was rude (which I was not) The team handled the manner in unprofessional way, the car was dropped off complete and the job was to assemble the receiver box and wire management, but the first time I came to pick it up the light wire was broke and not everything was plugged in so I requested them to complete the job which the manager agreed with, but when I came to pick it up a second time I noticed the wire poking out instead of gasket and the screws were different and not the right size so I requested that the original gasket and screws that I dropped off should be installed or replaced if lost to which...

Location is at an intersection with good visibility. Parking is plentiful, even on event days taking up prime front parking, you'll still have no issue parking behind, or in neighboring spaces. Store is nicely organized, even with how much these hobby stores keep in incentory. I came in looking for help with reviving some RC cars, and was immediately asked by the store manager, Chris, if I needed help with a nice greeting and tone. I explained my issue and observation from the charger behavior with the batteries, and was given a solution with my case of dead batteries and a solutions to choose from. It was a nice interaction without feeling oversold. Checking out was a breeze and sense of appreciation for the patronage at the store with Jess. This is the second time at this store, and it was another nice experience with people who seem to enjoy being there. This place is amazing. The new store is incredible and stocked up with everything you can imagine. If you are into RC cars they have parts and upgrades for days. They have full car kits as well. They have a shop in the back to work on your RC cars as well. Upgrades, bumps, and bruises. They also have airsoft, gundam, lego, etc. we stopped by as they were closing and Christopher was kind enough to let us come in and look around. He was even kind enough to allow us to purchase something if we wanted. In a city where customer service is lacking Christopher went above and beyond. He explained to us the new ownership and the change in leadership. He was adamant they were setting a new standard for the business. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We also stopped by the next day to ask more questions about RC and Christopher and the other employee were so helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail.
