Placed 3 mobile orders for drive thru pick up and when I got there was told I had to go around 3 different times to pick up my orders. So I decided to go inside to pick them up instead. When I got in there a couple minutes go by and they asked if I was picking up a mobile order and I said yes for ( my name) and the manager Sydney goes and grabs some bags off the counter that were sitting there already when I walked in and handed them to me so I asked her how long the orders were sitting there and she said about 10 minutes. So apparently they were made way before i got there so Because the orders were for my kids and because of food safety I asked her if she could please remake my orders because those orders are not supposed to be made until we check in so that way they are fresh. She right away became very hostile and said I'm not remaking anything for you we went back and forth for a while whole time she was cussing and yelling at the top her lungs so I asked to speak to someone higher than her so she calls her boss and her boss shows up 20 minutes later (and I still havnt got my kids food at this point) than proceeds to say thats how they do it at her taco bell they make the mobile orders way before customers even get there. So thats probably why people are always getting sick after eating taco bell.I was getting frustrated and her boss seemed like she was taking her employee side so I just asked for my food and left. Read moreI have not received a correct and/or complete order in my last 6 visits to this location (often being charged for extras or substitutions that were not done). The weekend morning crew can handle business, but evenings, don't bother. I have called this location to speak to the manager more than once, and it is rare that I do that anywhere. However, the last time I called, the person answering the phone, when asked, told me that I was speaking with the manager. With a couple more questions, I soon found out that she was not the manager, nor the employee in charge and that the manager was not currently at the store. This leads me to believe that this has happened before when I called. I had called to let the manager know that the store had lost a customer due to poor service but ended up writing a review, seeing as this might be the only way that the general manager will find out what's going on while they...
Read moreA decent Taco Bell as far as Taco Bells go. This was my first time visiting this location. My order was wrong on two counts—first, one item included a default ingredient I opted out of including, and second, I was missing an item I ordered—but workers were more than happy to remake my incorrect item and provide me the item they missed. The lobby, dining room, and bathroom were clean, and the music was slightly higher than a comfortable background level, but not terribly overbearing. I am rating five stars because although there were two things wrong with my order, that was not an inconvenience in my eyes, and besides—as I already mentioned, it was my first time visiting this location, so I do not want to assume two random order mistakes consitute the general experience one has at this location. All things considered, I would recommend this Taco Bell for anyone looking to grab a quick bite...
