Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fresno

The Selma location was terrible😑 ordered the bbq bacon burger and the fish combo. The fries were cold along with the hard cold onion rings that were on the bacon burger not to mention the patty was not even warm to touch. We waited a good 20 mins for our food so I went up to let management know that my hamburger was cold and onion rings were hard and cold as well. I thought they would had made it right, but instead I was told a lot of excuses of how they had left over onion rings from a prior rush and they are not required to keep them in the warmer like the other food items and I just shook my head saying it's not right and went and sat down to eat because we were so hungry at this point then manager comes out 2 more times at our table to still make excuses because she overheard me telling my husband that I was going to call corporate office.I was already upset and it's like she (manager) wanted to keep on us instead of apologizing and making me a fresh hamburger. I DO NOT Recommend this location. This kingscanyon location needs improvement and our fries came out cold even though we waited to get our food I thought everything would have came to us hot and fresh but it didn't. Don't like how you guys make people try to order off one person's order how do you know the other person in the car that's ordering before them can pay for the other person's order I don't think that's fair and I don't think you should do it or make people have to do that why should somebody have to go through the drive-through twice or three times to order talking about one order per person in the car you don't know what the other person wants or what that other person can afford to pay for they might only have enough money to order what they're ordering and they may be only paying with the credit card so they may not have enough money but what's on their credit card I don't think it's fair that you guys make people have to do that I haven't ate it Jack In The box and quite some time because of that and then also you guys have orders not orders but you have advertisements that you advertise and when you go to get it they don't have it or they're saying that they don't sell that I don't think that's cool whether it be it's not a franchise store or not I think if you're advertising something that Jack in the box is selling I think you should sell it I don't think you should be advertising stuff that...

We went for the 4/20 Pineapple shake deal this weekend. These are usually a yummy treat! This time, they were a little disappointing. The shakes are flavored with Pineapple syrup that gets added to the cup before the ice cream. The unfortunate part is most of the flavoring is still at the bottom after mixing the shake. We ordered 5 shakes and all were the same. It seemed as though the mixing was only done long enough to change the color of the ice cream. Shakes from Jack in the Box normally have a generous amount of whipped cream as well. These had some whipped cream, but so little that it was already "melting" before the drinks came through the drive-up window. This seems to be related to specific Jack locations. Others perform...
