I’m a regal crown member and unfortunately this was the only theater showing the movie I wanted to watch. Keep in mind I’ve been to many regal theaters and this by far is the worst one. I’ll definitely never visit again! To be honest, I probably should have read the reviews before purchasing my ticket. As I know now I’m not the only one who’s felt disrespected by their staff. I walked into the theaters with a Starbucks drink, let’s be honest here…we all bring snacks in. I walked in and the gentleman scanned my ticket, didn’t say a thing about my Starbucks drink. Continued thru the lobby to the confession stand, where I was greeted by two other employees, purchased popcorn. Again nothing was said or mentioned about my drink. Proceeded to the theater where there were two gentleman not far from me. Again, nothing said about my drink. Which was in plain view. I waited outside the restroom for my boyfriend when I was approached by Ashley. She told me I needed to throw out my drink and proceeded to stand right across front of me. Watching me like a little kid. I told her the drink was not mine and I’m waiting for my boyfriend. She proceeded to stand there. 1. Making me feel uncomfortable and 2. I felt harassed. If outside food is such a issue why don’t you check bags? Why out of all FIVE employees I passed by SHE was the only one to say something. Come to find out she’s a supervisor. HA! What a joke.. apparently you shouldn’t even have that title as your staff doesn’t even follow your supposed protocol. My boyfriend finished his drink and I asked her for her managers information. She took me to the front desk and stated she would “get me his card” next thing I know the manager SUDDENLY appears after about five minutes. I proceed to tell him my compliant, and he replies with “well, it sounds like she was doing her job”. I never have felt soooooo disrespected. Any manager would be able to understand my compliant was how I was TREATED was not okay. How the situation was HANDLED was not okay. But I shouldn’t be surprised, you can never make sense to someone who is...
Read moreManagement and employees are horrible here. Never in all the years I have been coming here did I ever have a problem until today. First off you guys need to update your hours of operation or at least inform customers that you guys open 30mins before your 1st showing. Especially if you are going to have a sign outside for customers to purchase tickets inside at the concession stand instead of at the box office. Yes were are aware we can purchase online. But why pay a service fee when it's already $6 on Tuesday? If the policy is you don't allow customers to come in before a given time then be professional and address whomever is waiting outside. Or at least talk through the box speakers. My husband and I waited outside for 30 minutes and were completely ignored. One employee was dusting and just walked away. Not one person came out to at least notify us that they weren't letting anyone in yet, and what time you guys actually opened. The manager was somewhat helpful but rude. She saw us outside waiting while she let an employee in and not once did she acknowledge us or tell us the situation. She just quickly slammed the door on us before we could even ask her any questions. Very unprofessional. We even tried calling to get information 3 times, and all 3 times the line was picked up but hung up immediately. When we finally got to talk to the manager she did apologize but it felt insincere. When we asked for any kind of compensation she denied it. Just to be clear we weren't expecting free tickets, but she could've at least offered a free drink or popcorn for the miscommunication. I have no issue with the hours of operation I understand when business is slow things change. My issues were with poor customer service and the manager and employees being unprofessional. For those who are unaware of how things are operated at this location don't deserve to be ignored or just stared at. We didn't get the manager's name as she was not wearing a name tag or any form of ID. But she was wearing a blue shirt today with a...
Read moreI have always came here since I was a little girl I have not ever received such bad customer service, Layla the team “manager”. I purchased a white claw black cherry alcohol canned beverage to enjoy watching Moana 2 with my girl friend when I opened the drink it tasted so bad.so I was looking at the expiration date as I saw that it was expired so I waited after the movie was over to say something as the drink was still full I spoke to Layla who stated she was a manager I let her know the beverage was bad and if there was anything she could do to help better our experience here she told us it would be a while before she can speak or help us as I spoke back to her agreeing that it was really busy and we would wait our turn.she refused to sooth the issue or correct the inconvenience of its awful taste she says well you guys just have to drink it or lose out I let her know if it did not taste so bad I would have drank it anyways but do to the drink being bad I did not. She then just walks away not caring we were in the middle of a conversation mined you I was not rising my voice or cussing as I don’t use foul language she then tell a team lead that is under her she felt intimidated by us so Alfonso Dominguez asked us to leave the theater as I was stunned because I wasn’t sure what we did to almost be Escorted out I ask why do we have to leave Layla was speaking to us and then walked away, what she did was so disrespectful she should not be a manager if she can not use her customer service skills and feel intimidated by me Politely speaking to her. She should step down if her position if it is to Intimidating. Alfonso Dominguez used his customer service skills paying attention to our bad experience with the beverage he was a great team lead he told us he apologized for the drink and gave us a free Fountain drink on...
