I have a business here in Fresno and I understand the importance of customer service which is why i'm bringing this issue to light. I was at this location today where I purchased 16 teas for the V.A. hospital as well as a lady behind me in lines order. After ordering I made sure to tip the Barista as per usual and sat patiently waiting for my order. When my drinks were finished they were calling out the lady's name who I bought her order yet nobody was coming nor did they put any of my 16 drinks in drink carriers. After nobody responded they continue to just talk amongst eachother not trying to be proactive and find out who the drinks belong to. After approaching the pickup area and asking if all of the drinks were for myself; which I assume they were! I asked if they had drink carriers, Ceci then pointed to them on the counter and said yeah they're right over there! She didn't even offer to help me put them in the drink carriers which is absolutely ridiculous every other Starbucks location that I go to puts them in drink carriers for me without hesitation! I tip the employees at starbucks everytime I go in and I instruct my employees to do the same. I used to be a server and understand that customer service is a difficult job and they should be rewarded for being affable and helpful. My company easily spends over $2,000 every single month on Starbucks alone. Feel free to contact me with any further questions! Read moreI ordered at the drive-thru box today. Normally, I do not write negative reviews, especially at Starbucks, but this was so bad I had to absolutely write this. When I ordered at the screen the person at the box kept incorrectly adding things to my order (I asked for a chai frap and she said a hot chai same with every other thing I ordered) I ordered a matcha that was absolutely made wrong but I could not go through and ask for a remake because I had my dog with me. The matcha was terrible too much powder (to the point it was gross and fishy) and made incorrectly it was made in the cup instead of the blender. It made my stomach ache so much, it also had an awful lot of ice compared to other locations, the beverage quality was terrible for all the drinks I ordered (chai frap had large chunks of ice). I was also incorrectly given the wide hole lid instead of the little lid and was given an eye roll when I asked for the proper lid. Overall, terrible experience start to finish it if was one or two things I wouldn't have written anything but the experience was not a good one. Happened around 4:20 hopefully it will be a better...
Read moreThis Starbucks is close by my house so I have gone there plenty of times. But I rather go to a further Starbucks just because they usually mess up my orders unless I'm getting a brewed coffee. If I get a latte or frapp or tea it either the wrong one or they forgot something. It's been over a year since I have been going and other people I have talked to admit that that's just how this Starbucks is. Really sucks because it's right next to the free way so it would be nice to get your drink and get on the road but that's something I avoid because I get irritated at this point when the drinks are always wrong. Maybe if it's slow you will have a better chance of having the order right. & Sometimes I don't mind being surprised and trying something new but sometimes I really don't like what they give me and I'm just scratching my head trying to understand how the sticker on the side of the cup says one thing, but the drink itself is completely different. The coffee and espresso is good so I hope one day to change this to a five...
