Awesome place to stay! I'm not sure of the history behind this building, but we guessed it may have been converted from an old office building or mall of some sort as the wing we were in looked very industrial and the rooms were all interior with no windows facing outside. My first impression upon entering the room was how spacious and open it felt. The full sized fridge, with a dishwasher, sink and microwave in the kitchenette area along with the cupboards was fantastic, for the price I feel like the room was above and beyond what we expected. The room was very clean, king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice big stall shower in the bathroom, although the shower could have been cleaned a bit better and it would have been nice to get more than just 2 bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided was from Bath and Body Works, pretty classy! Nice sized tv, however it was way off center from the bed and unable to be extended or turned. Maybe the idea was to watch tv from the "sitting area", but we are folks that like to be lazy and watch tv in bed. That was our biggest gripe overall, so not too bad. We were also unable to access an HDMI port to hookup our Firestick. The garden/atrium area is absolutely gorgeous, I could spend hours just relaxing in there as it was so peaceful and quiet. No pool or hot tub at this establishment, which I imagine deters some of the family crowd, which in turn meant a quieter hotel overall for our 2 night stay. The continental breakfast was superb, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, cheese omelets, pancakes, danishes, cereal, and much more. For the price, the location, and the atmosphere, I look forward to staying here again in the future. Very pleased overall, would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great quality stay that doesn't care about a pool. Thanks, LivInn!

I had a great experience at the LivINN Hotel in Fridley, MN. One of the first things I noticed was how spacious the rooms and common areas are — there’s so much room, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Another highlight was their breakfast — they offered a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was excellent. But what truly made my stay memorable was an amazing staff member named Martha. She went above and beyond, especially when I saw her kindly assisting elderly guests by helping them with their meals and even mixing coffee for them. Her kindness and genuine care stood out and inspired me to write this review. Businesses thrive with people like Martha. If you’re reading this, Martha — keep doing what you’re doing. You rock! Unfortunately, I’m coming back to update this review After my day, I noticed that I left one of my bags. This was about a day later after checkout and immediately after I noticed, I called back To see if it was still there to my surprise she told me that the room has already been cleaned and that there was nothing that they found, which was weird cause I just left. It makes me upset to know that people are out there that will just take your stuff. It was still nice place don’t get me wrong just be cautious when packing up!

Our stay at this hotel wasn’t terrible. But could be improved. It seemed to be a quiet weekend. We checked in later in the night and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Although he never informed us about check out times or about what time breakfast was. As we walked to our room we noticed the lack of black out curtains for rooms. As we could see into other people’s rooms I’d they had the light on. Just shades no curtains. Our room was a suite I believe? Had the fridge and dishwasher. Outdated room but it was clean and fit our needs. We were very aware of when our lights were on vs not because of being able to see into others. Morning rolls around and we had slept in as one does when staying away. And woke up walked out to breakfast lounge and it was 9:05am … they had just closed breakfast and it was all cleared out. Kinda sad we weren’t able to enjoy breakfast in their nice lounge area. Suggestions: invest in curtains for privacy in rooms and extend breakfast hours till 10am
