I recently had an oil change done at this location, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The mechanics at Valvoline are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights about my vehicle's maintenance needs.
The work was done quickly and efficiently, which is always a plus when it comes to getting an oil change. I didn't have to wait long, and the mechanics were able to complete the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality. It's evident that they take pride in their work and strive for customer satisfaction.
One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail. The mechanics made sure to check all the necessary components and fluids in addition to the oil change. They provided me with a comprehensive report of my vehicle's condition, which gave me peace of mind knowing that everything was in proper working order.
The pricing is also reasonable and competitive. I felt that I received great value for the service provided. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, which I greatly appreciated. It's clear that their focus is on providing quality service rather than making a quick buck.
Overall, I highly recommend Valvoline for your oil change needs. The mechanics are knowledgeable, the work is done quickly and efficiently, and the pricing is fair. It's refreshing to find an automotive service center that you can trust. I will definitely be returning to Valvoline for future...
Read moreAfter using Valvoline for a few years now to change my oil in 3 vehicles, as well as, 5 fleet trucks for work. I am no longer going to use them. Their tech got really snippy with me over using a coupon for service, when asked to talk to the manager, his reply was he will tell you the same thing. The manager came over and had a chip on his shoulder. The issue was I've always used coupons for oil changes including when I bring my own oil. The manager even looked up my account history and denied that I received discounts, until I pointed out that I had clearly on his screen. Most of their coupons state "with full service oil change", however some of their coupons just state "xx% off your next service". This is misinformation on their part. So basically they are losing my business + the business I bring them with my fleet vehicles and obviously all of my friends that I will inform about this experience. I will never step foot in a Valvoline again! Bad customer service. You should teach your techs to stay calm and not get in arguments with customers. Valvoline should train their managers to have better conflict resolution skills. Ultimately Valvoline has lost a customer over an $8 discount. That doesn't seem like wise business...
Read moreI let my leaky old truck get way low on oil. Someone said, "There is a Quaker State by City Market." I saw the Valvoline place & screw QS! I use Valvoline. That is my preference. Exxon's industrial grades, Shell's Rotella, & the like are great, but if I can't get fleet grade industrial lubricants, I will always go with Valvoline. They are right up there. Mobile 1 is another one, I like, but Valvoline has been in my cars, trucks, bikes, buses, generators, compressors, etc. They had me right in, and started immediately. I had been on the road a lot, and the fluids were way way overdue for a change, and they were also way low. I use synthetic oil I worked in automotive rebuilding out of high school, and those old guys swore by the stuff. I got everything topped off, new wiper blades, thanks for mentioning them. THEY WORKED GREAT! FOR A CHANGE! I paid a fortune for Bosch all weather wipers, & they don't fit! The Ancos, don't fit. The Valvoline wipers, fit and they work! Yay! I hit rain, hail, mud, snow, slush, more mud, more rain, more hail, and I could see, kind of. Great place, great service & great people! I may be a bit biased, though. My family is from that small town, and we are rather...
