Serious Safety Concerns - Highly Disturbing Encounter

​We visitef Rides BAr and Grill last week and had a profoundly disturbing and unacceptable experience that has raised serious safety concerns for our family and all patrons. ​A man, who appeared to be an employee and was acting like a manager, approached my daughter and me. His behavior and demeanor were creepy and made us extremely uncomfortable—specifically, his approach to my daughter was absolutely disgusting and gave us the "absolute grossness." This individual's conduct was unprofessional and bordering on predatory. We immediately felt unsafe and left the establishment. ​Following the encounter, I took the step of searching the man's name. The information I found, which I urge the owners to investigate immediately, suggests this individual has a concerning history and should not be employed in a public-facing role, especially where women and children are present. ​It is incredibly sad and disheartening that a new business would fail to properly vet and supervise its staff, putting the safety of its women and children patrons at risk. Our women and children are not safe here with this person being employed. I strongly urge the management to address this critical safety issue immediately. Until this employee is removed, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Disgusting...

Came into Rides yesterday around 5-ish to just grab a bite. I loved the feel and vibe of the place. I asked for a menu and ordered a drink. I watched the bartender converse with the guests while also put more beer in the fridges. When I was ready to order seeing the bartender was busy and realizing it is a bar and there was not have a hostess stand or hostess with wait staff when I entered, I went up and ordered my meal at the bar. I then went back to my table. Very shortly my food was brought to me and another drink. It was an amazing burger and tater tots.
