Edit: I want to thank the business for replying promptly & offering/providing a refund.
No way these people are actually licensed massage therapists! I called earlier in the day to schedule, I arrived on time and a gentleman came in behind. The woman who came to the lobby assumed we were together, I told her no..They never even asked if I had an appointment. She shuffled me to a door and then began speaking her native language to another worker who was on her way out. Then she called another on speakerphone her cell phone, but I am not sure what they were discussing since I don't speak the language. She seemed confused. I was told to "take off your shirt and shoes and lie there," then she hurried out. I sat there thinking of leaving but I didn't. Then she comes back in and asks "how long do you want a massage, lady?" I told her 60 mins. Then had to ask which side of the bed to lay and if I should remove my other clothing. The first 20 mins was the same rubbing motion on the top of my shoulders. No technique. Then another few mins of digging into my back with her forearms. Another customer came in the front door and rang the bell so my massage person stopped my massage and went to speak to them for 3-4 mins. She apologized and added 5 mins to my massage but honestly I was already ready to leave. This was not a therapeutic massage, more like a rubdown. I will never go back, sorry I spent $70 plus tip. My back and neck are in more pain today than when I went in there. My advice, stick to the more reputable businesses in...
Read moreFriend was telling be about this place for a year and that I should go there (after my constant complaints on my sports injuries). Finally, a year later I went there, and honestly, I never left!! The owner & staff are so nice, pleasant, professional and they really care how you feel and pay attention on your instructions. Prices are very reasonable (even cheaper than most of others) for the services offered. They also try to accommodate clients asap even when they are super booked! They helped me so much and surprisingly (from other places) every time I show the weird painful spot, they exactly know what to do and my pain “magically” goes away (I always do a deep tissue massages, but occasionally I would do a lighter ones as well). They also offer and foot massage (reflexology) separately, couples’ massages & they always add FREE HOT STONE massage as a part of your regular massage (other places charge extra for that)! Once you go there, you will not regret it, trust me (just like me now being customer for few years)....
Read moreThis was one of the worst massage parlors I have been to. The massage was okay although the masseuse used painful, and often uncomfortable pressure. But what makes it the worst was her horrible attitude. Not friendly at all, very robotic. Made me fill out a questionnaire after I got onto the table. Could not breath, and asked for a tissue only to be treated like I had a disease. Then my nose was running onto the face towel I was laying on but instead of handing me a new towel she proceeds to take me snot filled towel and lays it across my face. Then during the massage tells me to “relax” and listen to the horrible non-relaxing music they were playing. During the entire massage , their annoying door bell was ringing with people yelling “hello anyone here” because no one was at the front desk. DO NOT GO HERE, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND ANYTHING...
