I used to love shopping at Pink Narcissus as a local store that provided Lilly clothing and accessories; however, after my latest encounter, I will not be returning and will purchase my clothes online. They PROMISED my husband that they would have a specific dress in stock for Valentine's Day (I was in the same room and personally heard this), then when my Husband called to check on it they told him that it would not be in until after February 19 due to shipping issues with COVID. Their only offers were to "print out a picture of the dress" (which defeated the purpose as it was supposed to be an outfit to wear on Valentine's Day) or come into the store and pick a different dress for the same price. My husband expressed displeasure for their false promise, and I called the following day to do the same. I was told the manager would call me - she never did - and was once again offered to come in and pick out another dress. With nothing to wear and now it being too close to our special day to order anything online, I went into the store and found an alternate dress that I did not like as much as the original dress and was $80 more. They did not offer to credit the difference as a way to resolve their mistake in promising the original dress's delivery date. Please note, we were long time, reoccurring customers, so they clearly do not care about returning business. To make matters worse, when my Husband called them back after finding out I had to pay $80 to replace the dress with one that I liked less, they belittled him, LIED to him and told him that I had sided with the store and that I apologized for my Husband's behavior before they hung on him. I did not side with the store, nor do I believe my Husband did anything wrong. I only bought the alternate dress because I had no other option and while I may be more passive than my Husband, I certainly do not agree with how they handled the situation at all. We will not be returning - Be cautious when dealing with the staff here. They are incompetent and inconsiderate, especially the "manager", Emily. We will be escalating the issue beyond the...

I typically visit Florida once each year and this store is a must-stop on each trip for me. The ladies working there allow me to take my time trying items on and they always give helpful and honest feedback for the outfits I try on. I just love being in the store because the energy is so great and there is an amazing selection of Lilly! In between those in-person shopping trips, the ladies are patient and helpful when I shop over the phone or via social media.
