Wawa — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. They do not care if it's been confirmed to them that they let some random person steal an order. They do not care that they let delivery drivers repeatedly show up for the same order they know they let get stolen. They do not care that the driver wastes their time and gas getting there, the customer is not receiving their food, nor that the owner of this wawa will lose money on this order because they're too lazy to remake the order they let get stolen and too lazy to check their own delivery dashboard to actually check on an order instead of stating they have no idea what's in the order and knee jerk reacting by stating they gave someone the order without knowing what was in it nor actually verifying that's the case. The sandwich maker working 3/16 right after midnight does not care that she wastes the time and money of the customer, the delivery driver, nor the owner of the store. Shout out Mercedes and shout out GM Jordan. I love the Wawa. However this Wawa is magical. Upon arrival you can see how well it's run, how hard the employees work, and how warm the service will be. I'm so appreciative to the people working the register, outside in the cold making sure it's clean, coffee saviors, and sub savants. It brightens my day if I can make it to this wawa. The high school kids are on their best behavior because they know how blessed they are. There's an atmosphere of honest work, and the friendliness of community in a busy hustle bustle day. Truly grateful to Mercedes for her extra effort to keep me coming back and closing loops for the environment and helping me with a community garden project. GOAT. xoxoxo, see...

I love WAWA. From the freshness of the food and the warm welcome from Mr. Will and staff. The store is always organized and the BATHROOM is always clean. I live down the street now, So my husband and I wake up to WAWA DELICIOUS BREAKFAST and end our day with Ms. Bri delicious milkshakes. They are so good we get 4 at a time. They have proper expiration dates, that shows that they are forecasting properly and rotating properly with NO help from the NEW general manager and unhappy Wayne. Because of the freshness of the food and the customer service from the staff, we are here twice a day. Thank you WAWA for standing by your reputation for fresh food and friendly service....
