I really appreciate the Kohl's store here in Galesburg, Il, especially at holiday time. I've done most of my shopping at Kohl's and the people have always been helpful. I was super surprised on Saturday when I went to the checkout and Martha said I couldn't pay for my merchandise until I talked to Margaret, the store manager. Imagine my surprise when they told me I was a WINNER and my entire cartload was FREE! They were both so sweet and said they were happy the "random" winner in my case was a frequent customer. Thank you so much for the promotional "win" - I saved $209.44 - and especially for the kindness and professionalism of people like Martha and Margaret. Sure makes my Christmas "merrier". I just adore this store. I am always greeted by at least one person when I walk in. Then, there will be someone who asks me how I am or if I need help with anything while I'm shopping. I normally find great deals.

Best of all, they will do their best to accommodate me when I inevitably leave my coupons at home (over 50 miles away). I go to Galesburg for doctor appts and will occasionally stop by the store if I'm up for it. Since it's not a planned shopping trip and more of a spur of the moment thing, I don't think to bring those. Thankfully, the two times I've need one, they had one I could use!

The only thing I can think of that is a negative is...I wish it was bigger. 😩 BUT, I am thankful just to...

Margaret, waited on me. And check every box I have for Great customer service. Reminded me to put in for my rewards let me know of my discount I received and savings. Margaret was pleasant and professional.I was having a problem with an online order that was not followed through on what was to be done. Margret took care of it with no problems, fast, and I left happy. She checked all the boxes for Great customer service!
