This place was really cool. They have a Tony's ice cream section. They also have a part for little kids to play at. And just because I'm about to be a teenager and am way too old for that I played and it was really fun. They have a tablet and a projector that I could type something on, so I said stupid funny stuff like Gerard Way from MCR being slay and stuff, lol. They have a piano section that I really enjoy. I just wish that they would all work. Their gift shop is small but really pretty. I really like the art that they have there as well. Another good museum is the...
Read moreThis delightful museum is full of amazing artifacts & relics! Kent is super knowledgeable, friendly and is the local expert on textiles! He gave me plenty of insight about our history along with resources and book recommendations. Pat informed me about membership opportunities and Blues Out Back, so I’ll definitely be back for that!

If you enjoy history, fine, old furniture and artifacts, you will LOVE this! And there is something for the children throughout the (now) 3 storied exhibit. The exhibits rotate, too, and there is a carriage house out back and a jail down the street and there are plans to expand to other buildings over the next 2 years. A small donation is requested and it is well worth your time. Especially if you have children of 5...
