The Pickle — Restaurant in Dallas

Food has always been amazing. Some of the bartenders act like you are bothering them. Not very personal at all. They come across different than others in the area, not sure what it is. Not only my opinion but others I have gone there with on varied dates have stated the same. I understand the industry as I was in it in various cities and small towns up and down the east coast for over 15+ years. There is one individual who has impressed myself and the others. The younger guy who has some cool tatts who is ALWAYS hustling, either running orders or supplies to the bars. Brother man is a killer employee from our view! Either way, will head there again tonight (Saturday night) to see if we get the same vibe from the bartenders up at the front bar!...

I had always seen this place packed and heard they had great wings and other food. Since I couldn't find a menu online, we were not aware that they only serve certain things on certain days. It was just a little confusing. Maybe update information online a little more or make a website that shows this. Not really a bistro, more so just the bar aspect. Bartender was a bit pushy when we came in too, and it's not our fault we didn't know how it worked we'd never been...

I’m a pickle regular! Honestly I’m there at least 3 nights a week. I love Ruby, Kelsey, Shelby and Andy! The bartenders are beyond amazing and make great drinks! But Andy is the best barback I’ve ever seen! He’s all over the place and work extremely hard to make sure the place runs well! He’s really cool to talk to! Over the last two years he’s really made my entire friend group feel known and appreciated...
