Stopped by to get drinks for myself and my coworkers at 6:30am (which we do maybe twice a month and never had a problem.10 drinks or less most the time.) we have always patiently waited and never had a problem and tipped well. Unfortunately this morning I was informed they can only do 5 drinks per order now when working alone. Per their new policy because Starbucks was now open down the road and it takes her too long to make more than that and huge groups of people have left due to waiting on large orders. Mind you the place was empty and it was 6:30 in the morning. She did inform me next time I could scan the barcode and let them know the night before and she could do it. Unfortunately I’m just not much of a planner and most of the time it’s a random swing by. Maybe if they have so many huge groups of people leaving so early in the morning due to delays more then one person should open up shop. I let my kids order...

We were in town for a wedding. It was a wedding that was later in the afternoon on Saturday. We walked in 10 minutes before foreclosing. Me and my wife working with the public. We understand. That's a cardinal sin and instantly apologized as we walked in the young lady working said no. I'm here to help you guys out. It was so refreshing... Even before we got to the iced coffee. We wound up ordering three different drinks. It was the pick-me-up we needed to power through a wedding that didn't end until way later in the evening. Their coffee is absolutely the best coffee I've had in the state of North Carolina. The staff was absolutely sweet and attentive and answered questions. The cafe is super cute and the service was great, but overall it is not worth the price or the hype. I bought an iced decaf americano with half and half and a pump of caramel flavoring and it tasted like diluted coffee. No flavor at all. I understand this isn’t the type of drinks that they usually serve so I also bought a matcha latte with a strawberry cold foam for my daughter. The taste of that one wasn’t much better. It tasted like diluted strawberry milk and had no matcha taste at all. With tip, I paid over $15 for two drinks that had no flavor profile and those weren’t even their most expensive drinks. With that being said, it could have been a fluke, but I’m not willing to try it again. I’ll stick to Waterbean or some of the other local shops...
