Dreadful. Not a surprise that this place is absolutely empty on a Saturday night. The young man at the counter was apologetic that they were out of avocado, black tea, and mango boba. None of the food is prepared fresh. The chicken was reheated in a microwave right in front of us. They don’t use “bowls” where you’d actually get a decent portion, but these plastic takeout rectangles. The food you see in the photo cost $60. I didn’t order anything for myself, just for my kids and they shared one boba tea because the prices blew my mind. If this was a NY sushi joint, I could see those prices, but at least the quality would be worth it. The good reviews are from a year ago. No manager or owner on site. Seems to have gone downhill, given that they just have a kid spooning ingredients into plastic containers and are out of stock on important items. If I hadn’t promised my kids poke bowls, I would have walked out. As it is, I spent $60 on food worth maybe $20.

We went in for a quick business lunch and we’re so impressed!!! They greeted us with so much appreciation. Everyone was so accommodating! The food is the absolute best bowl I’ve had! Hawaiian bowl and Teriyaki were both delicious! ( we tried both because we couldn’t decide) This might tell you how good it is. Go get some!

This place has a nice relaxing atmosphere and amazing food! All the ingredients are so fresh and the customer service is top notch! While I’m not current or prior military they do offer service members discounts! I got the spicy chicken bowl and it was amazing! Just the right amount of spice!

My little sister got a bowl and safe to say it was disappointing and inedible. They pride themselves in fresh ingredients, but the salmon was fishy and not properly stored. Salmon should not have a fishy smell. Then, the avocado was starting to rot. When they asked if she wanted a sauce, she asked for the Wasabi Mayo and tell me why they smothered the poke in the mayonnaise. To be polite, she tried to eat it, and poor things could not stomach the food and felt ill after. I say save your money and go somewhere else. They are too overpriced when I could go anywhere else for a more authentic experience and flavor that won't make you ill.

Since you felt you needed to reply and be rude, this wasn't this week this a while back, I just remembered about it since your place popped up. Very glad to know this place isn't...

The freshest Poke bowls, right in the heart of Dallas! Everything in the restaurant is neat/tidy, staff offers top notch customer service, & they project a great laid back vibe. Ingredients are very tasty & are the best poke bowl flavors around. Convenient to everything down town, just park on the court square or next to the old jail & walk over if the parking is full in front of the store front. (They are directly across from the Old Jail). Did I mention they have Bubble Teas?! Many different choices! Try the Caramel Apple Bubble tea, and grab a...
