7-Eleven — Local services in Dallas

Usually a cool place to get gas and snacks. However today i went inside and once I got to the counter with about 2 arms of stuff for my family. Not a single word from the cashier because she was too busy talking about her personal issues to a completely random customer. Allowed me to stand there for what felt like an eternity before she looked over to see that my card did not read, (the screen didn't say that my card wasn't inserted or anything). Then allowed me to walk out of the store with 2 arms full of stuff without even thinking of offering me a bag. Even after paying, not a single word was said to me whatsoever. She was too busy talking about suing her ex mother-in-law and showing pictures of her snakes to a completely random customer while completely disregarding the needs of another customer entirely. Chubby black girl with an afro. Didn't catch her name but maybe she should handle her job before she pours out her life story to a random person while disregarding others and her job entirely. Today was not good. People in line was getting pretty annoyed with the young lady running the cash register. She is slow moving, and she talks way too much! She doesn't know how to talk ,and work at the same time. She comes to a complete stop while talking, and talking about stuff that nobody cares to hear. Then she got upset because one customer took it upon himself to start bagging his own items. Well zip your lips, and do your job,,lol. Im sorry but people have thier own jobs to get to. We don't have time, especially in the mornings. She started to really irritate me when she put her number into the system instead of allowing me to put mine for my purchase. Staff have nasty attitude , over charge your bank account then proceed to tell you it’s your fault. They like to ignore customers while the continue phone conversations, and stand outside and smoke . Several occasions the stores been dirty and not stocked and the cashier is sitting up front on her phone . Do yourself the favor and go across the street or down to the next light . Especially If it’s around 5 AM. which is the times I’ve had the worst experience. After the morning I had today I’m not wasting time dealing with the manager, I went straight to corporate.
