Gaston Floral Gardens — Local services in Dallas

After searching through several places I found gaston floral gardens and found the perfect bouquet for my mother (the spring garden bouquet). I eagerly waited for today to come, it was delivered to her this morning and was NO WHERE close to what I ordered!! More leaves than flowers! It states on their site that it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed and when clicking on the "good" (size that I ordered) it stated that it will look like the picture. I called and talked to someone who told me they would redo it but it would be smaller. I told her I'd call back to verify if that's what my mom wanted. After rereading what was listed on the site I called back, a man answeredthis time. I told him I called earlier with a complaint and asked if I needed to speak to him or the lady from before, he said I could talk to him and after I said what I found their site to say, he handed the phone back to the lady without saying anything to me. I then had to repeat myself to her and she said it would still be smaller and that it's bunched up to look full on one side (also not stated on the site). This is false advertisement! I am NOT satisfied with this company nor with the rude man that said I could speak to him and then just hands me off without a word. I hate I wasted my time and money on a company that can't fulfill what their site says and shows! I never would've picked them for my mother's day surprise had I known! At least I know now not to give them my business in the future. Their card says " we have build an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. We value you as a customer." They were very rude over the phone, the second batch of flowers STILL doesn't look like what I ordered, they even left out her roses!!!!! Horrible place to do business. These folks were great. I'm a procrastinator(I fear it's terminal), and I waited until the last minute (almost literally). Luck was on my side and I caught them at a time when they could fill my request within an hour, just before closing no less! Miraculously, they had the exact 'container'(it wasn't a vase) for which I had been searching. I had sent them a photo of what I wanted, and it turned out wonderfully. While it wasn't exact, the overall look was spot on! You would have to compare photos to tell it was just a smidge different. Id forgotten to tell them the arrangement would be viewed from one side, so I wanted to move a carnation to the front where I felt more was needed, and they simply added another. I wanted to add some sleeved postage stamps to the arrangement, and they handed me a few wooden dowel type things that worked perfectly and blended in nicely because they were stained green. We all know how expensive it is for a fresh flower arrangement, but I felt the price was very reasonable as far florist prices go. They were a bit out of my way, which I didn't realize because I was only visiting the area...but my excellent purchase made the inconvenience well worth it! Based on this one experience, I would highly recommend Gaston...

My mother ALWAYS chose Gaston Floral Gardens to deliver flowers for ANY occasion. Their floral arrangements are Beautifully Creative, and Economical. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is Delightful and Friendly! He was so friendly and attentive to my Mom over the many decades she was a customer. In October of last year, Mom went home to be with the LORD. The passion and detail that was poured into the spray and floral arrangements spoke volumes to us as to how highly my Mother was esteemed. It was a Blessing and a Comfort to us in the midst of a VERY difficult time. Recently, we have made orders from Gaston Floral Gardens and needless to say...we have NOT been disappointed! I Highly recommend Gaston Floral Gardens for Any occasion. They truly take pride in their work, customer relationships, and they serve the community well! As the old adage goes, " Mom...
