My wife and i recently moved to the Denver area in November 2018. We finally stopped in Georgetown to explore and paid our first visit to the visitors center. Right away when i walked in a woman helped answer my question about how often you can see the big horn sheep on the mountainsides in the area. There is a little room with chairs to learn some of the history of the town, particularly the skiing history. There's a public restroom, snacks and lots of souvenirs.
