This is hands down one of the coolest parks for kids. The design alone is the most appealing, esp for those many kids that love play houses amd tree houses. It was very cleaned, even in snow. Now, idk if I missed it because it had snowed a good amount but there was very lil side street parking. Wasn't an issue the days we went, I assume too, that was because of weather. Still though, it had all the same structures as other playgrounds just designed much cooler. Kids love it.

This is the nicest, coolest park I have ever been to. We were traveling through on vacation and stopped to let the kids burn off some energy. This park has everything a kid could want. They have different sections for different age groups. The tree house has a large hard wood tree actually growing through it. I am super jealous of the people of Georgetown and the surrounding area!

Such a gem of a small town park. Not often you stumble upon such a well maintained Leathers & Assoc. playground in colorado. These playgrounds are packed full of features and super fun to explore. They feel like a giant maze sometimes. I love how this one blends in with the surrounding architecture. Come in the fall and soak in the beauty of the changing colors.

This was just a super cool litrlw playground park eight in the middle of the town. Amazing little hidden gem of a town hidden in the mountains. Tiny. Population of 1000 I was told. So cool because a ton of the buildings and houses have plaques on the front of them showing how old they are. The oldest one I saw was 1848. Forget living here though unless u are fabulously rich because the prices to live here are astronomical. Small houses are going for the prices of mansions where i live an he ans a half away. Super cool town though and from what I hear they have an old tymey christmas festival that legit makes u feel like u traveled back in time and stepped into a whole different era . First 2 weekends of Dec. Free to go. Ton's of vendors, merchants, horse drawn buggy rides, and chestnuts roasting on an open fire ...jack frost nipping at your nose.....lol. might have to go check it out myself this year. Lovely little mountain village. Super cool to see the history of it . Worth the trip (1.5 hrs from Colorado Springs)☺ and all the locals I spoke to seemed so friendly and genuine as well. I'm sure everyone knows every ones business but u know small town Drama just is included in the...

This park is 2 minutes away from my childhood home. I remember when they remodeled it in honor of a local child. I have some great memories there. It's a big park for a small town and the playground portion has a variety of fun things for your child to explore, climb, slide down, etc. There is even a seperate area for smaller children to play...the playground area is about a quarter of the park size and there are several paths for walking, a gazebo, picnic benches for lunch, grills for cooking, a fountain to enjoy a quiet moment near and a dog park...

This park is phenomenal. Some of the best equipment and things for kids to climb and play in and around. There's a section for kids 2-5 and one for kids 5-12. It's a very large play area with even a puppet show theatre. Beautiful scenary as it is Georgetown! Only complaint is that some of the rings, monkey bars, etc have the rubber tracking underneath them missing, making it harder for kids to land comfortably. Hoping they fix this but it looked like they'd been broken for a while so I'd guess they're...
