Mattress Firm Wolf Ranch — Attraction in Georgetown

I went to look at mattresses a few months ago, and found one I loved. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to afford it. Randy spoke with me and based on my income and credit, he helped me figure out that it wasn't the right time to get a new bed. He didn't try to talk me down to a mattress I didn't want, just because it was cheaper, and just to make a sale. Instead, he respected my decision to wait. Well, today I got a big bonus and a gift card from work, and I decided to go back to see if I could get the bed I wanted. Randy was the one who helped me again, and he remembered me from the last time I was there. With the bonus and the gift card, I was able to make a nice down-payment on the bed I wanted. Not only did Randy help me get financed for the smallest amount possible, making sure I could afford to pay it off within 90 days so as to avoid paying interest, he also gave me such a great deal I was able to get the pillow I had tried and loved, as well as a mattress protector to avoid voiding the warranty. I highly recommend this store, and you can't go wrong with Randy. You can trust him to give it to you straight, and do everything in his power to give you the best...

Spent $6000 on a mattress and base. While working with the salesman I was told I would be able to get it delivered the next day. Once I paid, I was informed the base wasn't in stock and I would have to wait 4 more days. Today was the day it was supposed to be delivered. After not hearing from anyone I call them to be told a system error caused just my delivery to not be loaded and no way I could get it today. Later the reason changed to the base didn't come in, however nobody from the store or warehouse bothered to call. I took off work for this and now I have to miss more work to get it another day. The salesman that helped me today was apologetic and professional even though it's not his fault. I would not recommend using the Mattress Firm...

I’ve had a great experience with Russel at Mattress Firm-Georgetown. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the mattress I purchased as well as the bed frame. He is very professional and invested into making sure that the guest (the buyer) is happy and satisfied. It was such a pleasure talking with Russel as he was trustworthy, funny, knowledgeable and genuinely caring.
