Received a $20 gift card for this place on my birthday. Looked it up and saw all the bad reviews but remained optimistic. I wanted to order their âonline specialâ of 20 boneless wings and a large fry for $16.99, came out to $18 and some change with tax. So I chose my order online, then proceeded to checkout using gift card, but selecting gift card would not give me the option to complete/pay. So I go inside the restaurant and explain to the waitress that Iâm having trouble using my gift card online, and she helpfully says âwe can just ring up the order at the registerâ didnât sound right to get the âonline specialâ but I put my faith in her. She says the total will be $25. I explained to her again, Iâm trying to get the online special using my gift card, the order with tax comes out to $18, she then explains to me that she rung up 20 boneless wings and large fry and $25 is the price. My trouble completely flew over her head and now itâs getting worse by having to pay $6 more for my order due to their website not accepting gift cards. So I accept the extra charge, and was kind enough to even tip. After waiting 25 min for my order to be ready and paying $6 more than I wanted to, I get out to my truck and realize the fries are not in the bag. So I go back in and tell her they forgot the fries and she looks at me like I was lying. So she goes to the back and comes out with what appears to be a small fry, not a large and hands them to me without a word said. Every bad review I read held a lot more truth now. Avoid this place and donât buy your friends gift cards to this place, unless theyâve done you wrong and you want to get them...

This is a basic expectation for any establishment that serves alcohol, and it's unacceptable that they consistently fail to provide this service. It's not only frustrating for customers who want to enjoy a cold beer with their meal, but it also reflects poorly on the restaurant's ability to manage their inventory and maintain a consistent supply chain.
Secondly, the quality of the food is disappointing, with a "mid" level of taste and presentation. This suggests that the kitchen staff may not be putting in the effort required to create dishes that are flavorful and visually appealing. It's also possible that the ingredients used are not of the highest quality, resulting in lackluster meals that don't meet customer expectations.
Finally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Dining in an unclean environment is not only unpleasant, but it's also a health hazard. It's essential that restaurants maintain high levels of hygiene to ensure that customers are not exposed to bacteria and other contaminants that can make them sick. A dirty restaurant also reflects poorly on the restaurant's management, suggesting that they don't prioritize the well-being of their customers or their staff.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on the issues I have described. The lack of beer on tap, mediocre food, and unclean environment make for a disappointing dining experience that falls short of what customers should expect from...
Read moreWhy isnât -5 starts an option because it deserves that rating for sure. We (2 people) came in for an early dinner (4:30pm), literally only a handful of people in the restaurant, it took about 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged and drink order to be taken. The restaurant was dirty, window ledges were dusty and had dead gnats, shouldâve been my clue to walk out. We ordered fried pickles for the appetizer , wings and fries. We didnât get our wings until 5:30pm, waitress said we had to wait a few more minutes on fries and then we reminded her that we never got our appetizer, and was told that we would have to wait longer that it was âher badâ.Also, we had to get up from the table and ask someone completely different for napkins as we didnât even receive one with our meal. WINGS⊠no napkinsâŠ. Never received a refill on drink. We were also sitting near the drink station and another waitress was observed running her fingers through her curly hair then bending over and scrunching her curls and shaking her head around trying to fluff her curls multiple times⊠never once did she wash her hands or put her hair up. She then walked into the kitchen and came out with a tray of food for a table near by. Absolutely disgusting. The manager never visited the table to even check on us but just popped out here and there to talk to another employee. Our appetizer that came out way after our meal wasnât compensated. Save your money, go to Pluckers! Better service and better food! Health department and corporate will...
