**NOT ABOUT THE BRAND** This is about their customer service; my first and now only time in this store and they have my absolute favorite hair care line and whenever I found out they be in store I was thrilled. I came up here to grab some. They had the products I needed so grabbed them with joy and headed to check out. When the price was lot higher than me and my husband expected we were a bit taken back. Once we checked the receipt we saw we were charged $86 for the serum, now this was odd because the tag that was placed with the product was $48 the price we were more than happy to pay. I went back to the lady and told her this mishap and showed her my receipt and the display. I asked her since the product was incorrectly displayed could we please have this corrected? She was looked at me then at the product and said she would go talk to her store manager and within 45 seconds came back and said no. That sorry it was in the wrong spot if it was a $5-10 difference she would feel more inclined to do it but since the price difference is so large she didn’t WANT too. I politely told her that I find it a bit unfair that you had the wrong label out and stocked product behind it and now when a simple mistake happened you won’t honor the display price to ensure future customer service and customer satisfaction. She told me to return it if I wanted but they weren’t going to honor the displayed price. Highly unsatisfied with this customer service by the team lead and the store manager I will not be shopping with that location again. I will write corporate and email and hope they will honor the price and refund me and my husband the difference. I do not recommend this store’s customer service.

Not really my kind of store but I went in with my wife so she could search for some makeup and a designer fragrance. Truth be told, I like a good cologne every now and then. This store has them all. Nancy was very helpful when we walked in and told her we really didn't know what we were looking for. Immediately she showed us the sampler collection. What a deal! You buy a boxed collection of sample vials that includes 12 fragrances for women or 9 for men. Each boxed set was $68. These are some of the most popular fragrances on the market from different manufacturers. Inside the box are the sample vials along with a certificate for one full size bottle. After you decide which fragrance you really, really love you take the certificate back to Sephora and redeem it for a full size bottle. And you get to keep the other sample vials! Great marketing idea. There is no expiration on redemption of the certificate so you can take your sweet time in sampling the goods. But the certificate is good only at Sephora. Take a look at this deal because she said they sell out fast, especially around the holidays.

Sephora in Georgetown is the best! Omg staff is so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to do an exchange for a lighter foundation. The foundation I bought from the Sephora at Barton creek was too dark. So Maria assisted me. She sanitized everything and gave wonderful recommendations on the perfect match foundation for my skin complexion. Maria also gave her expert advice on blush and concealer. Maria made me feel comfortable talking to her. When checking out Sofia at the counter was awesome. She even helped me when I came in and checked out. Truly the staff there at Sephora gave outstanding services. I wasn’t rushed, and I felt at home! This will now be officially my place to shop for cosmetics. I went in yesterday to pick up some routine items - dry shampoo, perfume - and on a whim decided to ask one of the associates, Sophia, for help finding a redness correcting cream. I don't go into this store very often so I definitely hadn't interacted with her before. She went out of her way to analyze my skin type and help me find what I was looking for and also listened to me explain some of my other complaints (makeup coverage, skin dryness, etc). She recommended several other products to me and even took a lot of time helping me find the right shade of foundation after I mentioned that issue too. She helped me look at each shade in the store lighting and in the natural lighting at the window so that the shade we chose was a true match. She was very kind and explained everything in a really friendly and easy to understand way. I've been wearing a full face of make up since I was 13 due to some insecurities but still feel awkward in cosmetics stores because I don't feel listened to or like anyone really understands my concerns. I have a lot of acne scarring, textured skin, very thin eyebrows, etc. However, I felt like Sophia really listened to me and went that extra mile for me which really helped to make me feel at ease. I probably also bought more than what I would normally because of her recommendations but I really don't mind that because I'm wearing what she recommended today and I'm really happy with it so far. So I went to treat myself with some skin care and makeup this past weekend. I am a mom of four children and currently expecting. I knew nothing about skin care and makeup before going to Sephora, but I was certain I wanted to make a start on my beauty. As soon as I arrive from the beginning to the end the staff was very friendly and helpful with a smile at all times. They explained everything very detailed on how they are sanitizing everything and the procedures on shopping in store, during these Covid 19 times.

I do want to make a special shout out to the Store Manager ALIN she knew very well who to direct me to, and very friendly.

Also to the Skin Care specialist MARIA, she's such a sweetheart and explained very detailed on which skin care was the perfect one for my skin (giving me the correct one and making sure I didn't take anything that is not safe for me during my pregnancy). What I loved more about her was that when I was ready for checkout she went to me to make sure I wasn't taking anything not safe for me during my pregnancy, that really showed how much she loves her job and cares for her customers.

Last but certainly not least, a shout out to MICHELLE she did an extraordinary job on helping me choose the correct foundation, eyeshadow palette, face and eye primer, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, lashes and lashes glue, brushes, beauty blender, bronzer, and concealer.
