I am so tired of this company. My wi-fi is ALWAYS dropping off. The company came out a few times, shut down my surround sound, and never fixed the issue, so i kept calling. The supervisor Tim joined a technician one day all so he could demean me, patronize me and make fun of me when i was honest about who it was that threw my surround sound off, he said , verbatim " yeah and my name is ( he made a name up) to imply that i was lying to him. Excuse me but one of your techs ruined it so it's logical that one of your techs get out here and fix it...I pay over 400 bucks a month as a diamond member, and i can't get a fix on this. I originally thought i had horse hair in my walls, but i do not. Tim gave me the run around for at least 30 min and spoke of things that i didn't understand. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I am looking into other companies. Xfinity is in the toilet. One of their techs actually thought it was ok to sit on the arm of my couch while the other tech was working, LIKE SERIOUSLY..WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE It's all on ADT video, too. Begged me to port my entire T-Mobile account over and made promises to be there whenever I had issues, Glad I didn't fall for that scam from this business team. My business has suffered severe financial losses from comcast and their business team. Had a technician come out last Saturday and he stated that in his 26 years of working for the company he never had to leave a job not resolving an issue. The stores tell you their Business department is going through a restructure like that has anything to do with me. I requested from Comcast business a credit for billing until they resolve the poor services be fixed. 25Mbps on a 1.2gbps plan is disgusting. My phones hotspot is faster than your internet services. Losing over 3500 dollars in orders due to our equipment is also bull. while we are left ignored by business reps and told to reach out to customer service to just be told we can send a tech. I showed up 5 minutes before they closed because my iPhone 7s charging port finally broke and was at about 10%. I use my phone for EVERYTHING at work so this was considered an emergency haha. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. They took the time to help me pick out the new phone.
