Recently I engaged customer service surrounding my discontent for the following product I had received as a gift from my spouse for Christmas. Up to this point I had attempted to wear but due to the unreliable clasp I didn’t feel to comfy and certainly didn’t want one to fall off somewhere. I wasn’t asking for a replacement at that point but simply to have them repaired and redipped cause clearly if the earring is gold and my clasp is a dull silver there must have been a little hiccup during manufacturing. The response of a company that stands behind their product is not what I received. Instead I got a customer service rep who read a return policy and decided that was it. I’m looking to partner with the vendor as soon as possible and awaiting a Managers engagement to do so. Coach I’ve been a long standing customer and to me this is not your best foot forward. At this point it felt like a jail and not a store. Staff immediately bombarded us with offers and info on deals which is fine but one after another kept coming. I worked in retail so i know its a theft prevention tactic to psychologically let potential thieves know you're aware. One after another kept coming and they were disgustingly fake and smug. Keep in mind things aint that serious i get that people steal but damn.. Relax.. One of the ladies also complemented my girlfriends small bag and tapt it after complimenting it. Aka seeing if we took something. I get that theft prevention is important but also giving a horrible paranoid vibe is not comfortable.
