Terrible management and service. WARNING DO NOT RECOMMEND HOSTING YOUR EVENT HERE!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Worst customer service experience I have ever had! I attended an event here over the weekend that resulted in false charges to my and my husband’s account! I was charged for items we did not purchase. The event was an open bar previously paid for by the host. The guests were not informed nor reminded by the bartenders. Instead the bartenders were not knowledgeable on the tab and charged everyone for drinks on top of charging the host!! When my husband and I called to correct the false charges I was met with condescension and defensiveness. Irma informed me she would not be able to refund the entire amount. Instead offered me a refund about 60 cents short of what was charged. I was willing to accept this refund. Later I realized we were also charged for automatic 18% gratuity for a large party that she did not initially refund. I called back and brought this to her attention and asked for that to be refunded as well. We only bought 4 shots and should not have been charged as a large party. After much back and forth we reached a solution but not before the manager Irma proceeded to tell me I should be grateful she was being “nice” by even giving me any refund at all! Mind you, a refund for a charge my husband and I should have never been charged for as it was an OPEN BAR!! The manager was unprofessional and informed me of the issues she had with the host. Slandering her while making excuses for why their staff charged guests for drinks in the first place . Nevertheless, as I have worked in the restaurant industry before, I was sympathetic. Regardless of the issues with the host, that had absolutely nothing to do with the false charges on my account and I felt it to be in poor taste and unprofessional. The host later informed me that the restaurant had attempted to keep $600+ of the $1000 tab when most if not all of the drinks were charged to the guests! In the end they refunded the host but continued to make it difficult for those of us why had our money stolen. The manager later texted me informing me that they had footage of us ordering the drinks we were charged for. I informed her that we should have only been charged for 4 of the drinks as someone else had covered the rest. Reminding her that we should not have even been charged to begin with!!

Please be careful with this restaurant and do not host your events here! If you do, make sure you communicate to your guests if you have an open bar and place signs everywhere! The bartenders will not inform your guest!! They will charge the host and guest and attempt to rob you blind!! Be sure to check you bank statements and keep tabs on what you and your guests order. They will threaten and say they have you on camera so be sure you have receipts and check them immediately after paying!!! My family and I stopped by this restaurant for the first time. The food was awesome but the service was terrible. When my family and I waited to be seated, the waitress took us to a dirty table. I asked if we can have another table that was already cleaned, she said no and quickly tried to clean the dirty table. When I returned from the ladies room while she was cleaning the table, another family was seated in the clean table. 😡 We order drinks and the waitress never brought them to the table. So we asked a food server for our drinks. She was told to bring the drinks and finally brought them, and she forgot one of our drinks. We got our food before our drinks. When I ask for a tray to take home, I asked if I can have 2 containers to take chili, she replied that the containers are small. I told it was fine, I will still take them. Service by Carolina made the Cinco de Mayo Celebration a unique experience because she brought the A+ game to courteous, prompt, friendly service. Glasses and chips were always full throughout meal and she stopped by many times to make sure we were well taken care of.

Every dish was perfectly cooked and flavored to perfection.

Amazing mixed fajitas, burritos de carne asada, and shrimp meal. The mixed fajita carne asada, shrimp, and chicken has this special blend of spices that is difficult to describe, except to say MMMMMM, MMMMM, delicious, finger licking yum!

The beans are a perfect blend of spices and cheese. Tortillas are cooked well.

Margaritas were awesome. Huge glasses with all the right ingredients. Happy Hour during Cinco de Mayo $5 Margaritas. Two are just fine for the night.
