In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Gilroy

Although it's not uncommon for this location to be consistently busy, which is understandable, today I sadly had an extremely bad experience. I had just got off of work when I headed over to get myself and my family's food. It was busy as per usual, but soon enough I got my food and was on my way home I realized that I, one, did not have all of my food that I had payed for. I wasn't happy, especially knowing that it's part of their job routine to make sure that all of the customers food items are present. So I made my trek back to In N Out. I walked up to the counter, with all food present just in case, and let them know that they had forgotten to give me my animal fry. I was talked to rudely, but I tried to be understanding considering the fact that it was busy. I then waited another ten minutes for my animal fry, and was given it again with terrible attitude, and I left again for home. Once I got home I proceeded to go and open my animal fry, the only food item specifically for me, to come to the realization that it was not made the way I had asked (No grilled onion, which I'm not a fan of at all so this was important). Even though it wasn't made correctly I still ate it, I was really hungry, and I didn't want to go back given the previous course of events. Not but 20 minutes later me, along with my other family members, started getting extremely sick. Stomach-Flu sick. I don't usually review large chain places since I assume everyone knows about them anyway. However, I really want to congratulate this location. I've been an In-N-Out fan for 30+ years but this particular location is the most efficient I have ever been too. I almost walked out when I got in the Memorial Day line since this was just a highway stop for the kids. However, I was amazed to be at the counter in minutes and have my food in not many more. I don't quite understand how this location moves traffic in and out but they do it well. I had to examine the building to see if somehow they have a bigger kitchen but no it's the same box they all seem to have.

Ok, just in case you haven't been to In-N-Out: Their burgers are amazing. I alternate between a crazy rich animal style and plain (all the standard toppings) but either way the burgers are perfection. Shakes are tops. Just exactly what you imagine when you see the shake picture. This is the ONLY fast food place where the food you get is exactly as yummy as the ad pictures you see.

This place can do no wrong. Great fresh good food at an affordable price. Second to that is the efficiency and customer service. Customizations to nearly everything on the menu, secret menu, etc. Try one of everything.

Visited here last night with probably 75 people after an amazing wedding in the area. The setup allowed staff to serve the general public and not impact their experience too much as we had a dedicated line to rack up all the wedding party orders in bunches and numbers.

Thoughtfully planned out we were literally in and out quickly, and everyone got what they wanted. Seating was limited, but we managed to spill outside, and the fact that guests came in a staggered way allowed us to rotate well.

The groom and bride were greeted with cheers, and their food was personally delivered to them. What an awesome staff and management to let us mob deep here and let the newlyweds have their in-n-out after...
