I went in this past Monday and purchased a Trundle Daybed, I informed the sales agent that I would pick it up myself. The next day I called to notify them that I would be on my way ( as I live 20 minutes away) to pick up the order, Vin advised that the warehouse was closed, I tried explaining that I was almost to the store to pick up the merchandise and he cut me off to tell me the warehouses already closed! (even though the sales agent told me I could pick it up any day before 8 PM). I asked for the salesperson who assisted me. The gentleman in the warehouse great customer service, and assisted me loading it into my car. Opened up the box to assemble it for my daughter and one of the pieces wasn't completed correctly at the factory. I called to inform them of what had happened, I asked for the salesperson who helped me, unfortunately he was OOTO, and the manager was no where to be found. I called back after several hours even though I had already sent an email with all information and pictures to inquire about it again. Vin once again answered, after trying to explain everything he decided to hang up on me. I called back, Maria answered, I asked to speak to the gentleman that just hung up on me, she said the phone could have cut out, I asked her if I was talking to her on a land line, I asked her is the number I called a landline, she stated "Yes", I said landlines don't just cut out. After getting all my information once again she said the manager would call me. After another hour or so I received a call from Vin, who was asking about the issue. I literally had to break it down for him (even though a picture is included in the email). Vin tells me he'll call me back, calls me back 5 or so minutes after, tells me that only one side has the metal fasteners. I had to reassure him that something was absolutely wrong with it. After a short time, he realized I was being honest, all I wanted was for them to bring me the same exact side of the bed, so that I could assemble it for my daughter. Read moreMy boyfriend and I went into Furniture Revolution looking for a sectional. We found one we really liked and asked if they delivered. They said no, that we would have to come pick it up and give them 24 hour notice so they could have the couch taken down from their warehouse. So we called the day before pick up and when we arrived, they had the couch down and were waiting for us at the loading dock. It was absolutely filthy, garbage everywhere. They had us load the furniture because they said it was too heavy. As we were loading I noticed torn fabric and scraped corner on the top of the couch. We went in to talk to the them and they offered $100 off. I told them I wanted a new couch that wasn’t damaged. They said they didn’t have anymore. I told him I didn’t want the couch at all, that I wasn’t going to pay $1100 for a damaged piece of furniture. We stopped here and instantly fell in love with a couch finally something we both liked. We had to come home and measure the wall to make sure it fit. We went to a few more stores all the way up towards fremont. I came home read reviews and was really hesitant. They dont have extended warranty which im a sucker for so I was even more hesitant. My husband went back a few days later to make sure we still liked it and to send me pictures because we didn't take any. I loved it and we couldn't find anything like it or even close to it. The chaise and the firmess of the couch sold us. The owner was really please take to work with. It was delivered and it was perfect. Im so happy we went for it. I have 0 regrets.
