I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Laundry Spot in Gilroy! They went above and beyond to accommodate my 93-year-old father’s laundry needs, as he is unable to handle it himself. The owner and his son provided excellent service by coming to pick up his laundry at a very reasonable price, which was incredibly convenient for us.

Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. They made the entire process effortless, ensuring everything was handled with care and returned perfectly. It’s rare to find a business that combines such exceptional customer service with affordable pricing.

My husband works in the area so he goes to this laundromat on Sundays. We don't live there, he travels for work. This past Sunday (06/14) I was there with him visiting. After putting 3 loads of laundry in the washers, we went next door for breakfast, we went in and checked our laundry, only needed about another minute or 2. So we started taking our laundry out of the dryer and noticed 1 of our washers was empty, yes, a whole load of towels were stolen. After asking the person who worked there to check his cameras, all he told you was "oh I'm sorry", shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Needless to say we were pretty upset, again, my husband travels, so now he has no towels and we're having to go out and buy more (shower, hand and kitchen towels)!! We will...

10 stars for this laundromat. The attendant, Norma, is never idle. I saw her continually cleaning the machines, and wiping the floors and folding areas. The washroom is open and clean as well. I loved Norma’s sense of humour and kind, helpful, personality. To use the washers and dryers, you have to buy a cash card to insert into the machines, which is very handy. You have to pay a $1.00 fee for the card. If you are not from the area, and won’t be back to this laundromat, do not overload your card as the balance is non-refundable. Prices are very reasonable.
