Parking lot was not clean and not the corner of healthy and happy. Anna, the store manager, was unwilling to reimburse the cost of the EV charging ($3.05). The EV chargers had been down for 2–3 months and are back online, but they were without cost until now. Without warning the landlord decided to charge the Walgreens shoppers a flat fee plus Kwh costs. I asked Anna to reimburse me due to the lack of warning of impending charges by the landlord, and she refused. Corporate Walgreens does not support this ecological blessing, and I can't support such a store. Tammy and Ben are extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. I would appreciate more yellow tags for clearance items. I visit the store about 3–4 times a week and I truly value the EV chargers, but no more. Thank you, Tammy, Lina and April. Love Senior Day - 20% off.

Lately my experiences have been pretty bad. They never clean the outside, so it looks all nasty. The lady on the intercom doesn’t listen and has an accent that’s terribly hard to understand over the speaker. I spent ten minutes there, when it would have taken two minutes if she’d just listened.

Updating again. Pharmacy is drive-thru only a lot of the time now. I managed to come in on a day (Dec 13) when it was open inside & got my Rx toothpaste, but it was a weird flavor so the pharmacist said they’d get me one from another store on the 16th. No one ever called me & apparently no one even wrote a note or tried to get the script. I paid in cash & had a receipt.

Fast forward to today. After 15 minutes on hold, I drove up & talked to a very apathetic manager. She just stared at me with a blank expression, offering no solutions. She checked in the back & said they had no record of the sale. Then just kept staring at me. Nothing. I finally told her to take a photo of the barcode on my receipt & look into it. She did. She discovered the cashier voided the transaction & just didn’t give my cash back. Guess his drawer was off $40 that day. She finally offered an apology. But goodness, I just can’t believe what passes as management. She did not care that they almost stole $40 from me & she was not going to help me except I wouldn’t go away. I thought her nametag said Anna but the audit paper she gave me said Jenna. Big girl with dark hair.

I had to pick up another Rx, so I got in line for the drive-thru & waited. I sat at the window for over 5 minutes before someone showed up. Between being on hold twice, dealing with the rude manager & sitting in the drive-thru, that’s almost an hour and a half I spent on something that should have been solved in 5 minutes had the original pharmacist done their job, had the cashier reported his drawer off, or had the manager acted like she cared.

I’m now switching pharmacies.

(This review was back in October): Just dealt with a cashier named Luis who was the rudest cashier I’ve had yet at any store. Super slow, like you can tell it’s on purpose because he’s enjoying the little bit of power he can wield over the customers. Huge line & everyone waiting for him to finish with his tiny power trips was very patient & polite.

Set all the change on the counter super slow so customers have to pick up one coin at a time. I watched him do it to the person in front of me, and he did it to my husband. Then he stared down my husband, unsmiling, while he picked up each bill & coin. Major passive aggressiveness.

I do understand that you literally can’t pay all your bills on minimum wage. That stinks & it would make me angry too. But I also don’t deserve to be treated so poorly when I’m spending my hard earned money.

It’s hit-or-miss here with whether someone will be nice or angry. There was a really rude woman who worked in the pharmacy & I was glad to see her gone. My husband & I got our vaccines today. Both Ola and Nicole in the pharmacy...

*Updated Review I decided to give them another shot. You now have to have a prescription for the COVID vaccine. So I got one from my doctor and set up an appointment here. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, they tell me I need to see the pharmacist. He says they cant take my valid presription from the VA because it doesnt give them my private medical information. They denied me a vaccine with a fully valid prescription. I reported them to the state pharmacy board. Will never walk in the doors of a Walgreens again. I hope they go out of business soon. What a terrible place. We should never have to deal with some rando company's attempt to overrule our own doctor.

Original review: Walgreens pharmacy has become increasingly less friendly to the public they serve. The most recent example, I went here today after a trip to urgent care, and arrived at 1:31. The entire pharmacy shut down from 1:30 to 2pm for "lunch", only every worker was still back there behind the screens working away. No staggered lunch so they could serve the public? I counted at least 7 employees back there. So I sat down and waited until 2. Then they told me I'd receive a text when my prescription was filled. I finally received the text at 5:52, after an almost 4 hour wait, and with absolutely no time to get there before they close at 6. So I get to wait until tomorrow and be in pain all night because of their ineptitude. And I will likely not be able to go to work tomorrow, and waste a day of my vacation time because of lack of sleep and intense pain.

You suck Walgreens. I'll go elsewhere with my prescriptions...

This Review Is Based on Their Pharmacy:

Switch pharmacies (original pharmacy was Rite Aid) to this Walgreens location. I switched to this pharmacy since the other pharmacy wasn't delivering my medication. I hoped for better results and get my prescription delivered. Nope. (This happened on 11/30/24) I called stated my full name, the pharmacist listed someone else's information that apparently sounded like my name to him. I only take 1 medication for my anxiety not 15 or 20 that other person has. I wanted to ask if they can fill it and have it set for delivery. The guy was like, "We're closed! Don't come to this pharmacy/Walgreens. We have no one to work here." I understand that it was roughly 1:20 pm when I called, and I know their lunch break starts at 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm. I was stunned when he said all those things. I wasn't yelling or being rude, I said "I understand you start your lunch break at 1:30. When it's past 2:00 pm can I pick up my prescription today?" "Yes it's ready" he said. "Thank you very much" I replied. Ended the call. I went to do some other errands and we arrived by 4:00 pm this location states it's open till " 6pm on Saturdays for Pharmacy" We arrived and the pharmacy was closed. No one was working in the pharmacy office. Not even the drive through was operating. I guess that guy was right but he just sounded like he hated his job/wanted to go on his break.

I would not suggest to get your prescriptions transferred here or...
