If you are looking for a moderate trail that loops, this is a good one to do. Though the trail is listed as a one-way, it does connect to other trails to loop back to the visitor center.
You can start at the Visitor Center and head down to the Historic entrance to continue on to the River Styx Spring Trail or the Dixon Cave Trail to connect. Or start in the camp area at the trail head. The loop is going to be 2 to 2.5 miles depending on which trail you take.
A nice bit of elevation change that is not too strenuous. The trail is well maintained and marked. Some nice views looking down to the river. Once down to the Green River there are some short paths to get close.
Overall just a nice hike under the trees and through some geological formations. This looks like it would be a great fall leaf...

Bring water if you plan on doing parts of the trail especially during warmer months, there are moderately steep inclines/steps in and out of the bluff trails, nothing too strenuous or steep I have seen lots of kids on the trails...
