Tried to get a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza I come here all the time they have by the slice pizza it’s quick and decent pizza. I ordered a medium pizza spoke to this woman on the phone she was giving me an attitude the second I spoke to her on the phone her tone was not good. I picked up the pizza left and realized there was no blue cheese on the pizza called and she said there was blue cheese on the pizza her tone was extremely rude she said that it was the dark brown stuff this brown swirl on the pizza that didn’t look appetizing and said it is on the pizza in a tone where she was arguing with me. The pizza wasn’t good tasting and I didn’t taste the blue cheese at all. The brown swirl didn’t taste of blue cheese. We went back and forth a few times on the phone she was arguing with me in an argumentative tone she just kept saying yes there is loudly she didn’t apologize or offer a solution she said I could speak to the manager after saying yes there is like a ton of times. Like going back and forth with me. I came back to the store she already had me aggravated by arguing with me than she started giving me dirty looks rolling her eyes at me putting on lip gloss or something talking with a lisp like she’s a valley girl. The guy who works there stood up for the girl who was rude escalating the argument further than said I wasn’t being nice because I was stating how rude she was…he escalated the situation further. She did not apologize for doing the pizza incorrectly she didn’t even keep her tone average. After I said I want to speak to the owner he offered me the pizza for free I said I don’t want it and I didn’t take it. Let me tell you that the way a person says something the tone and the energy behind the tone is not something that I know that I got wrong. Im a very perceptive person who reads people very well so trying to tell me you don’t have an attitude with me is ridiculous she’s very smart to roll her eyes and use her tone to abuse people. The owner needs to know that the blond working on Wednesday 11th at 3:00 is extremely rude and so is the male manager she likes to stare people down giving them extremely dirty looks. I don’t know why she did not like me. They didn’t greet me like a returning customer maybe knowing my name smiling they looked at me like I’m the biggest weirdo making me feel weird. Let me add that there was one time I ordered on a previous occasion and I asked for a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza and I got like a completely different pizza it had no Buffalo sauce at all no ranch or blue cheese drizzle it tasted like chicken Parmesan pizza and when I called the male manager argued with me didn’t offer to remake it and hung up on me. I ate the pizza because it was still good and didn’t bring it back and kept bringing my business back even though he was extremely rude being nice to him because everyone has their bad days but I should get the pizza that I ordered and I paid for. I didn’t go back there because he was already yelling at me on the phone and I didn’t want to get worked up because they are very rude and offer no solution therefore you have to argue. I didn’t want to get myself upset. So I let it go but I paid like 23.00 for something I didn’t even order and I paid extra for the sauces and didn’t even get. I didn’t get a reimbursement or another pizza. The owner needs to know that the male manager will make an entirely different pizza and argue about it very rudely on some occasions and others he’s very nice. It is now the day after eating there and I’m deathly sick again severe asthma, stomach pain, headache and chest pain I would not trust these sinister people or their food. If you wanna dine in Karen’s diner, get sick, and get abused come here legit that’s how rude the customer service is. Now I know why that...
Read moreTheir website is down and I wasn't in a place I could call to place an order without disturbing people around me, so I used the Foodhub link on Google to order and specified in the "add instructions" box to leave off the garlic, because I can't eat it without feeling sick. I've done this many times and haven't had a problem with this location, and I have been there many times to pick up online orders. until tonight. I even asked when I picked up the pizza, and when I said "no garlic, right?" they confirmed, no garlic. I get the pizza home, take one bite and there's garlic on the pizza.
I call them and they say they never got any instructions and say I should have called instead. Right, because I should have psychically known that they wouldn't get instructions. Why would a service have a box for instructions in the order process and then not send them to the restaurant? But apparently this is my fault, from the attitude the manager had.
They said "We can't do anything about it." but that really means "We won't do anything about it," because the restaurant always has the option of remaking, refunding, discounting or at least apologizing (didn't get any of those). If they don't get instructions with the orders, this can't be the first time something like this has happened, so maybe learn from an experience and don't have your restaurant do business with a third party service that doesn't give you the complete order so you don't lose customers. And maybe apologize for the inconvenience, because while you didn't get instructions, you did choose to do business with someone who doesn't include all the information, and you were not polite. I started out polite, but if I'm not getting politeness back, I match energy. I don't think I'll be returning, which is too bad because the pizza is good--when it doesn't contain things that...
Read moreLuna has singlehandedly redefined pizza. This was quite possibly the most flavorful pizza I've ever had in my LIFE! I can't believe I've driven past this place every single day since its existence and I had never tried their food. The ingredients tasted so fresh, so delicious, and were perfectly cooked. Packed with toppings... Perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings. I'm simply in awe! These aren't just chefs; they are artists. Wow. And I was delighted to see cherry peppers offered as a topping on the pizza! There's a real sensation that they've taken great care to craft an exquisite blend of flavor into their recipe. And the staff was very prompt and attentive and helpful at the takeout counter.
I am usually only prompted to write a review when I'm blown away by an experience, and this pizza truly knocked my socks off. I was not expecting to be so moved by my Sunday night takeout! 🙂
THANK YOU, TRULY, FOR A FANTASTIC MEAL.
Ps.... The "Giuliana" flavored gelato.... Espresso, marscapone, and chocolate...... SCRUMPTIOUS! A perfect ending to a...
