Update 10.13.25 5 stars downgraded to 1 star I've been a customer of this location for several years. *excess staff turnover now yields very poor customer service there's often a line of 2-4 to get service with only 2 on staff already serving 2 customers, so I usually need to leave and return *last visit: went to return a charging station they had previously mistakenly sold me that doesn't charge my samsung watch, which they offered me with a new phone as part of the Verizon corporate program; the next day after I bought it and went to charge my watch, I realized they hadn't given me a receipt; since they didn't have a receipt and there was no record of the sale in their system, without any type of apology, they would not even consider a store credit and "suggested" that it was "given" to me (it felt more like they believed I had stolen it or was trying to scam them, which I don't need to do and never would) I walked out, but will return when I find the transaction on my credit card statement. Luis at the Glastonbury Verizon on Main Street (Panera shopping center) is awesome. He admitted me into the store before it opened and set me up with new liquid glass. I plan to introduce him to my network to help him increase his Verizon revenues and hope to have him join my team to expand the reach of my holistic nutrition practice. Read moreIf Dan and Nate are any indication of the type of consistent service you might receive in this location, every person who walks in must have an incredible experience. There are so many things that went so well and I felt so comfortable throughout my phone buying process that I don't even know where to begin. First and foremost, after almost 10 years, I switched from an iPhone to a google pixel 3 XL, but I never felt pressured to do so. I was so grateful for the hands on demonstrations and information that was provided and felt comfortable the entire time. I had some voicemails on my iPhone that Dan let me know may not transfer as not all iPhone apps are compatible with all other phones. He sat patiently and got me water while I made a decision if I should go home and record the voicemails or pray they transferred correctly.
I cannot reiterate enough - this was the best service I have gotten at an establishment in a very long time. It's a big purchase and a big change in someone's life -- who would have thought the people at Verizon Wireless Zone can make it so helpful, easy, and comfortable? Read moreNormally I don’t leave reviews I feel they be fake but I had to leave one for the Verizon. I had to give the manager Luis five stars which if I could give more stars I would. He is honestly man there I love coming in working with him he is great and knows his work. I would recommend anyone looking for service to go see him. YES Verizon is expensive but what cell phone service really isn’t, but working with him and new guy Shawn and of course Whitney those three are phenomenal. Sometimes me and my son just pop in the vibe there working with Luis for sure is so comforting and not pushy like when you go to a car dealership or any other cell phone carrier. And the way the three work together hats off to them they work great together and treat each and every customer that walks through their doors with respect and are very humble. Look I can speak forever about how great working with Luis is and Shawn and Whitney is but you gotta go down and see for yourself tell them Ebony sent you lol.
