This fantastic bookstore is everything you want in an independent bookstore. There's a great selection, personally curated by the staff, all of whom are avid readers of a variety of genres. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but don't feel like salespeople. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll get it for you with the convenience that you'd expect from a larger chain, but with the personal touch and persistence (if it's something hard to acquire) that can only be found in an indie bookstore.
