Sip Fresh — Restaurant in Glendale

Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a little man with big eyebrows behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. First things first I just want to say that sip fresh has some of the freshest juice in the valley! With that being said I would like to say that they really have a very friendly and welcoming. Alex knows the menu front to back and always makes the best fruit smoothies. His customer service is superb and he's always being very friendly and interacts with all of his customers and goes above and beyond to provide a great Sip Fresh experience. I asked for light ice like I always do and the lady filled my large cup halfway with ice. I watched the lady scoop ice into the other customers cup, filling it halfway. I went back up to the counter and asked for light ice. Both Hispanic ladies (do not know their names) argued with me in front of other customers. I was furious but calm. I said no that is not light ice. This drink was $10 so I didn’t want half of it to be ice. Needless to say, I WILL NOT stop there if those two ladies...
