Left this business feeling disgusted. I canāt believe I just gave this business money. Food was a 5/6 out of 10. Itās ok. However, the worst part is the way I was treated by Carlos. It was degrading. The minute we walked through the line he was extremely pushy and rude. Felt like a burden to this business.
I asked for the pineapple and ham. Not knowing it was ādeep dishā. Mind you, thereās no sign saying itās deep dish. I asked carlos if it was deep dish? He responded by saying āyeah, you donāt want it no more?ā I said no sorry I didnāt know it was deep dish. He gets the pizza and tosses-it back on the pan and say what do you want. We proceed to ordering and I finally tell him, I donāt like the way Iām treated and if I can speak to the GM. He says, āI am the GMā I responded by saying, well who can I talk to about your behavior? He got extremely aggressive and asked why? I said the minute we got in line youāve been completely rude. He responded by saying āIāve never seen you before.ā I repeated myself again and said the minute we walked through the line youāve had this nasty attitude and made us feel like a burden for giving you guys business. Everytime I tried talking he aggressively talked over me and I finally told him he shouldnāt be talking over me if heās wanting an answer from me.
He then said loud and aggressivelyā¦āDonāt Play with me!ā What does that mean???? Now I feel threatened. Itās clear Carlos got extremely upset because I asked to speak to his manager about HIS BEHAVIOR because I was going to expose his behavior to his manager and he didnāt like it. Ā Ā Ā Read morei would give the service 0 stars if i could. i come here because it is the only place i can find DECENT baked ziti, for the most part its overpriced for how stale it normally is. i usually get the baked ziti combo w sauce on top for $17/$18. isaac was at register checking out my order & today i got my usual baked ziti combo but i also got the $6 slice of pizza w it. there was lack of communication between him and santita because he started ringing up my order wrong.. he was charging me for the pizza combo and then a baked ziti. when i told him what i actually ordered, he said āitās the same thingā and was still trying to incorrectly charge me. after correcting the order, i asked if they can add sauce on top of the baked ziti like they normally do, and instead he just grabbed a side of sauce and charged me almost $1. when i told him i donāt want it on the side, i like it normally added on top & they donāt charge to put sauce on top. he said & i quote āwell im charging you extra for the sauce either wayā meaning if i got it on top or on the side, i was still going to be charged extra. isaac was very untrained with how to communicate with customers and seems to have an attitude problem and snaps at customers when being corrected. on top of being disrespected by isaac when checking out, i asked for a fork because there werenāt any in the basket, they said they donāt have anymore. so now i overpaid for pasta & canāt even eat it. i definitely wouldnāt recommend this place to even my enemy. itās not kept up, never cleaned, not stocked, never fresh and definitely doesnāt have friendly or understanding staff. for now on iāll definitely be...

I ordered 2 slices of pizza TUESDAY 9/9/25 and Carlos and his team were bad. Carlos serves me an OLD dried out slice of supreme and a cold Italian sausage slice. He heated them I paid and sat. Went to enjoy and the supreme was extremely old, my Italian sausage one was still cold the cheese didnāt even melt. My wife took it back up and he refused a refund a proceeded to reheat them again. I tried to eat them but still was even nastier. My sister was upset and said sheāll try to get my refund. She took it back up again and Carlos said OH after she sat there with the pizza for 10 mins it got old⦠no it wasnāt but maybe 5 mins. She got a refund after Carlos was being so rude and having the worst customer service.. we had come to this Sbarro pizza place on Sunday 9/7/25 and had a great experience.. this is the reason we travelled all the way to arrowhead specifically for this pizza place. Carlos needs to learn how to welcome customers and learn that customer service is key for a successful business.. btw, when I order a slice of supreme I noticed he looked at the other 3 slices and tossed them when he served me mine and asked one of the pizza makers to make another supreme.
