My wife and I visited our local Sleep Number store primarily to look for a mattress that might help me with my chronic low back pain. We were helped by Mr. Greg Schwab. After a discussion of what we were trying to achieve, as well as my back issues, he showed us several mattresses and the two he recommended. He spent at least an hour with us, showing us the features of the mattresses as well as the bases (mostly with us, laying on the beds and experiencing how the mattress felt in various positions). Two of the positions he showed me for back and side sleeping actually resulted in me having no pain during that time. He also explained all the features to us, as well as the current sale prices. I felt that his knowledge of the product was excellent, and there was never any “hard sell”. We visited several other bed manufacturer stores and were much less impressed with their representatives, but also their demonstration of their products. I don’t need any more pillows and blankets but I work with underprivileged children sometimes have to sleep on the floor with no blankets and the service personnel really helped me look and my Phone fleece sheets sets that were on clearance and I was able to get four sets, that’s eight kids that will get a blanket because it doesn’t matter if it has elastic in the corners I can’t wait to take them out to the center and give them to the Director so they can decide which children need them the most and then I will start earning more points again but I don’t do social media so if it involves that I don’t do that one and right now I’m dealing With the power of attorney of my friend who has dementia who has been put in the memory care and at the point of getting things ready to sell the house so I’m even too busy to participate in some of the events that are offered on your site, but I will as soon as I can, and I am so thankful that there was some I could get to use For the kids

Read moreWe got a king sized sleep number bed. It was delivered and set up. We loved the bed for a few months. After about 4 months I noticed one side was deflating through the night. I called customer service and they diagnosed the problem and sent out the repair parts. Now this is where my issue goes from bad to worse. They sent an email to have the repairs done on a Saturday from 7:30AM until 10AM. I called to let them know that wasn’t a convenient day or time and asked if I could keep the same day and just push the time to the afternoon. They would only reschedule my repair for a different day and couldn’t give me a time. So now I’m waiting another 2 weeks to get my bed repaired. It seems to me after spending that much money for a bed their customer service could be more customer friendly. They will only schedule repairs for a day and time convenient for them but not convenient for the customer. I had to sit on the phone for an hour to talk with a live person to not get satisfaction.
