Meh. If it's late at night and you need some IHOP - this place has you covered.
During normal business hours the parking lot can get pretty crowded. Be mindful of inconsdierate drivers and people not looking before pulling out from parking lanes. Further, avoid this parking lot like the plague uring school pick up and drop off hours. Trying to leave the plaza during these times is a nightware and will add 15 minutes to your trip.
The Vons here is gross. The checkout times here are always consitently long. Don't think you'll save time by using self-checkout either. The scales and machines are always in an error state and require attention by the atteendant.
The HoneyBaked ham store here has extremely friendly staff and great sandwiches. However, be prepared for long wait times if you want a ham during holidays. The lines can stretch out the door.
Pier1Imports is here too and is always well stocked and pleasant to shop at.
If you're into art and need art supplies or educational toys SWAINS is a great place to shop.
RITEAID is great if you're in need of something any time of day or night. I avoid it for prescriptions as the weight times tend to be extremely long.
I've never been to the ChopStop here - but it seems to always have fair amount...
Read moreI would have given it 5 stars but for one thing...it has one of the most worthless, costly and annoying stores ever foisted upon us: PIER 51. I know, I know...I should lighten up and remember that I am not required to shop there. However, what many of you don't know is that back in the day, this was an exciting, mysterious place with aisle upon aisle of knick-knacks and curiosities. They would evidently send their buyers out into the world with only one condition; the items they brought back had to be inexplicable, attractive and moderately priced with no rhyme or reason for their existence. Now if you step into their store all you see are crummy products that couldn't make the cut at Bed Bath and Beyond or Crate & Barrel. Doilies, napkins, glasses, patio furniture, large wall mirrors, etc. They used to introduce the average American to products made by hand in some 3rd world backwater no one ever heard of. As for the rest of the plaza...a Vons, a Rite-Aid, a Hallmark store, an ihop and a Honey Baked Ham store...
Read moreWent to the US Bank inside Vons, the two men that were on staff were not willing to do their job, they were defensive and extremely hostile. One of them clearly needed to see the dentist his teeth were so disgusting and like that he was putting in his two cents blowing his nasty breath out and showing off his black gunk between his teeth. The request was a simple cashier's check replacement, they would not even consider calling the original branch in another city to remedy the issue US Bank had caused. Refused any assistance saying they would lose their jobs and that it was against policy. Went to a nearby branch as instructed by the other US Bank and everything was corrected and we were on our way within minutes! this...
