THE only Reason I come here because it's Convenient and The AM Manager & Her Staffs when she is on Duty - The Service & Quality of Food * Beverages are Up To PAR. I GIVE U 1 🌟 because YOU Don't Staff Your Store very properly. Send more Budget to Compensate The Staffss. Each Day I come here...They seemed so stressed because of the Pressure you give them. They Do Not Deserve that. They work hard. They dedicate their Energy- So To The CEO --- Watch For Your High Performers and Productive Employees. INCENTIVIZE them . Give them recognitions and Show it to Them By Showing up. THE outside patio of this particular Store is Uncared for. For 1 Reason- You have so Many Many " Not Paying People using The Tables & Chairs. " ..improve your Rules. Be strict. Don't put the blame to your Staffs or Manager. If The Hole in the wall Coffee shop in Artsakh Can Do Great ...Why can't U? Like seriously...You are Well Branded Coffee Beverage. Do Better. Make your Employees happy so Your loyal Customers can Leave happy with a $4.00 Small Coffee. This place used to be good 10-15 years ago, now you go here and all you see is a bunch of old men outside playing backgammon yelling and cursing, they buy one coffee and hang out outside for hours playing games not allowing anyone to site down, this is not a park its a business and unfortunately the staff dont kick them out. The coffee is watered down and doesnt taste like coffee, what coffee shop have you gone into and it doesnt smelll like coffee? Well this place here, there is no hint of coffee smell what so ever, the employees here look like they hate their job, never greet you nicely, always have an attitude. Ive noticed a decrease in customers at this location, its always dead outside and inside except for the backgammon playing loud mouth older men who get water and spend all day taking up seats,. Been coming to this place for over 10 years and back then when jose was general manager and they had better employees this place was good. Dont waste...

A few days ago I stopped in to pick up something to eat & drink. While I was there a group of Public Photographers were out on the Public sidewalk filming and a young yet ignorant young man who does not comprehend the Laws that guide our Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America 🇺🇸 or the Amendments or Civil Rights attack these Citizen Journalists who are exercising their Constitutional Rights then the Staff supported this behavior of assaulting innocent citizens.

This business does not support the Law or the Constitution of the United States. They advocate for customers & innocent people to be assaulted. It was disgusting to watch & listen... I refuse to support businesses who are anti-American.

Coffee Bean is struggling financially verge of filing bankruptcy. Well they deserve a return threefold for what they put out.

I will never be a Customer of Coffee...
