The ice cream of your choice is scooped into the inside of a warmed and sweet bun (apparently totaling only 200 calories) and then you can add toppings of your choice (one adding an x amount of calories) onto the ice cream and then the other half of the bun is pressed over the ice cream creating a blend of hot and cold deliciousness. It's a small ice cream truck located on the street right in front on whole foods. My son loved it. There's plenty of parking inside the Plaza or on the street.
