Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Glendale

This poor Ross is suffering so badly. I've been coming here for years and everything about this store is suffering.

There's clothes literally thrown everywhere, toys laid all over the floor, open packages, food eaten and discarded, you can tell when they get shipment because they don't even try to put things on shelves, they just fill the isles with big items.

The one thing I appreciate is that "department sections" don't get changed around, so I know where to go when I'm looking for something.

You can tell that a lot of people here are defeated and I get it. I don't think this store can go back to being a clean and organized Ross. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, or a lack of cares issue.

Something I'm grateful for is that the cashiers are usually friendly.

If i can give store a - Star I would. This is the most unorganized Ross Dress for Less that I have even been to. Merchandises are on the floor. I was at the linens and towels. The shelves werent keep. It was hard to find the match to what you want to bye. It was with all the department. The fittinf rooms werent maintained. There so much clothes that people tried on that were either hanging or just left it there on the bench or on the floor. Then with the long line they only had 2 people working on the register. One for the returns and the other for purchases and the cashier on the purchases was a trainee. A few minutes later they decided to add 2 more people on the purchases area and they were also both trainees and both unsure of how to ring certain product. Unhappy and...

Very very bad customer service.... security who’s name is Christina and cashier’s name David very unhelpful, not respectful and rood personalities... I wait more than 40 minutes for someone to help me at the jewelry section! And after almost an hour me waiting, Cashies “David” started helpind some women who were he’s friend how I saw because they were talking before that n huged eachother! It was the most horrible customer service I had ever experienced in my life! I was ignored by some unprofessional cashier who dont know how to does he’s job!!! I got mad and asked for the supervisor very loudly after that when it was almost an hour me being there and asking them like 5-10 times for a help, supervisor name Nayra came and finally helped with...
