Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

Jasmine is the rudest Starbucks employee inside the Von’s store. They close at 9:30 pm but if you are planning to grab a coffee if you get there at 9:00 pm too bad for you. She refuses to serve a customer at 9:00 pm. Yesterday was the 3rd time when I got off work got there few minutes before 9:00 pm thinking I still have half an hour and and again when I was ready to order she told me I’m sorry I cleaned everything and I can not help you anymore. Since that was the 3rd time that she refused to make me a caramel macchiato I got a little irritated and I asked for her name since she was not wearing her name badge. She refused to provide me with her name. I went to the manager who’s name was Rosie explained her the situation and Rosie too refused to provide me with with Jasmin’s name. My advice if you are going to go to that Starbucks go there an hour early before they close because if you go there half an hour before they close when Jasmin is working you are going to leave the store without a coffee or whatever you were...

Ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frap and it was very poorly made (watery, no whip cream at bottom, whip cream on top was a small dollop with caramel and crunch topping only on half of it), so I went back and explained what I didn’t like about how it was made and asked for it to be remade. The barista (black male with cornrows I believe) seemed quite pissed and annoyed. He didn’t say one word to me and just looked and acted like he was pissed. I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic team at the Starbucks inside Vons. When Jose is in charge, we are especially blessed. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provides very friendly customer service. Antonio, an African American employee, is also full of energy and knows what he's doing. He provides great customer service as well. Two other employees—an Asian American person and a fourth person with eyeglasses, whose names I don't recall—are very polite, fast, and knowledgeable.
