Rally House Gloucester Premium Outlets — Attraction in Gloucester Township

We went here on Sunday 08/25 and we were running in 3 minutes before they closed. Normally I would NEVER go right before a store closes because I find it to be so rude but my son had been stressing all day about making it in time so he could get his 2 Phillies shirts for school. The employees were so incredibly kind! They let us in, helped us find the shirts he wanted and his size. The gentleman employee that worked that day had even suggested that he try it on before we head out just to make sure it was a good fit. We apologized so many times for keeping them open and they kept reassuring us that it was totally fine and that they were happy our son found his shirts. Everyone left happy as can be, thanks to the employees that day!!! I would 100% recommend this store and location....

At times I just have to window shop or as all things I may not want to pay what I see because everything just is high these days but I feel once I see a That's the one piece like on this visit I just had to do it. I needed to exchange a baseball cap for a smaller size. I had the original sales receipt but was told it was a gift receipt ( it had all the cost info on it). Was given a store gift card for the amount. Then I purchased the correct size hat using the gift card. The new hat was $2.00 less than the gift card so there was a $2 balance left on the card. I thought the hat, receipt, and card were placed in the bag but the gift card was not. I am not in possession of the card now but my receipt even has the $2.00 balance listed.
