UGG - Gloucester Premium Outlets — Attraction in Gloucester Township

I purchased These Uggs on for my daughter 12/2/2023 Today 12/10/2023 her shoes busted open while she was walking. I was completely upset because she was in center city and had to be embarrassed because her shoes just broke apart when it’s cold outside. When I got to the store the customer service was terrible. I had my receipt but was told because of company policy I have to do my return by mail for the $180 shoes that are cheaply made. The store manager refused to give me her General Managers email and her District Manager’s email. I asked could an exception be made and she said no. I just wanted to send an email about my experience with the Ugg product I brought and wanted more feedback on the quality for a higher up. She covered her name tag called mall security and the police on me. I have the police report number pictured as well. This woman shouldn’t work with the public. Tried to return brand new uggs $160 and since i paid cash for them they wouldn’t do the return I could an exchange for another pair but that’s not what I wanted to do I wanted to return and apparently “they don’t have the cash so they can’t refund me my money” so how does the store run if y’all never have no money?? Everyone has to pay with a card? Cuz they were more than happy to take my cash payment when I bought the boots... They took my name over a week ago and told me they’d call me when they got cash in the store well they never called me back and they never answer the phone! Such great customer service NOT!
