I was pleasantly surprised at what a useful stop this was for me. The center has maps and guidebooks for almost everything within a two-hour drive. The lady I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about the area and about Washington State in general. She gave us a lot of tips and ideas for paths less travelled. My trip to the area probably would have not been as awesome if I hadn't followed some of her suggestions. What a great resource for travelers...
