Cruiser’s Pizza — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Not a Vegetarian/Vegan friendly place. I wish I could give negative rating to this place. We ordered the veggie pizza, burger and coke. After few minutes the lady came to our table and asked if I could repeat my order as there could be some confusion and so I did repeated. After waiting for 20 minutes, our burger and pizza came. This pizza looked way different than the one we had last time we visited this place but that's fine as recipes change. But the taste was horrible. Who puts raw tomatoes on pizza and there were just mushrooms in the whole pizza. It was the worst pizza I had in my entire life.

But that's not it, there were pieces of meat below all the veggies, they had put so much veggies so that we couldn't see the meat beneath. And when we mentioned that there's meat the manager was like it could be a piece so not a big deal but when we showed her 15-20 small pieces she's like yeah could happen and took it casually. I was so shocked by the carelessness. I would never recommend anyone this place just because of the attitude of the people...

On a day adventure last Saturday with my daughter touring the Mountains there was a sudden unexpected windstorm that blew through. As we arrived in Packwood there was only one restaurant open. It was full of people and we were starving so we decided to give it a try. We both really wanted a good burger. Turns out the storm blow out the power to most of the town and this was the only place open for business. It was very busy but the staff were amazing. Patiently taking orders with humor. The food came out fast and fresh. Barely waited at all. I was very impressed with the coordination and capability of a few employees on a crazy unexpectedly busy night. Bravo to all of you! You did a great job!! The burgers were very tasty too. Side salad was fresh and satisfying. Deep fried pickle chips were slightly spicy, which I loved. The perfect kick in the taste buds! update went from 5 stars to zero if I could . horrible service last week over 50 min to get food from time of order BUT they did give us the check after waiting 10 min. Then came tonight. ordered $68.00 for two large pizzas, and asked for a picture for water, no picture avail handed 5 glasses one of us went over and did not understand it was for water and served himself pop, the counter person said you need to pay for pop , he pulled his wallet and walked to the register and SHE walked away, then 5 minuets later the gal in back came out yelling ! IF THEY DON'T PAY FOR THERE POP WE WILL REFUND THERE MONEY AND THEY CAN LEAVE, we've been said that we would pay for the pop she wouldn't stop yelling, we ended up leaving with all our money good riddance to Cruisers been going there for years but the customer service sucks the management socks and they don't know how to take care of a problem properly they...
