• Busy Night, * Food was good, at a good price. BUT - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Three tables seated after my wife & I (one 5 minutes, one 10 minutes and one 15 minutes). All three given menus (by our waitress), we were never given menus. (One of the tables seated after us gave us their menus). Our waitress took the order from all three tables before us. Needless to say, it was a long wait between being seated and getting food (50 minutes) Asked the waitress for a box and bill, after eating almost all our food (good serving sizes), brought box very quickly - took 10 minutes for the bill. Took another 15 to try and pay with credit card. Finally just got up, we found the waitresses on the way to the door and handed her cash for the meal, WE WERE TIRED OF WAITING and AFFRAID TO HAND OVER THE CREDIT CARD AND WAIT EVEN LONGER FOR IT TO COME BACK. Again, busy Saturday night / good food / good price.
• But they were way under staffed and/or very poor customer handing procedures. Seating customers and not serving them in the order seated, etc. We live 1.5 hours away and travel this route on a regular basis. We normally don't eat on our way, but had heard good things about this place, so decided to give it a try. Do not think we'll eat here again, at least not if...

Seriously disappointed! Made two orders. One with a burger with a gluten free bun and a green salad, another burger and onion rings. It was 9:00 "last call," despite "closing" at 10:00, so the order was boxed up to go. We paid and tipped and took our bag of food.

When we opened the bag, it was quite evident that the gluten free bun was on the wrong burger and the green salad was topped with croutons. The gluten free bun was on the burger in the clamshell with the onion rings. No matter what, there was no way I was getting a gluten free meal. 😕

Now to review the portion that could actually be eaten, as the other person didn't require gluten free anything. First off, there were no napkins in the bag, so that was very inconvenient. The gluten free bun is a necessity for some (like me), and some people like them and order them, but this is not the case here. A wheat bun was expected, and not gotten. This threw the meal off, and it might have been better with the right bun, however the wheat bun appeared to be a standard grocery store bun, and not restaurant quality, so maybe the wheat bun would not have improved his meal.

Two disappointed customers here. It's late and I'm still hungry. 😕

$32 + tip for one...

We arrived at the restaurant around 5 PM on a Friday evening. At first, the atmosphere was relatively quiet and comfortable, but as expected, it got noticeably louder after 6 PM as more people started arriving. It was clear that the restaurant was quite popular, given how quickly it filled up. I ordered a cocktail called Red Silk Panties, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. It tasted almost exactly like cough syrup, and I regretted ordering it, I only managed to take about three sips before I gave up. Honestly, I would’ve been happier with just a Coke. On the bright side, the chicken wrap I ordered was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed it, and the portion size was quite generous. I could only finish half of it, and the other half made a perfect breakfast the next day. Even after reheating it in the microwave, it still tasted great. We also shared the buffalo chicken nachos, which were topped with a surprisingly generous amount of olives, something my family really appreciated. The portion was large and satisfying.
