Mattressville — Attraction in Granbury

Wanted to (at least try to) shop locally. Our 6 yr old (split King) memory foam mattresses were still in very good condition, but just not as comfortable as they once were.

Quick Google review search shows Mattressville, highest-rated. So we started there...

Initially we were looking to only replace my wife's side.

Found a medium firm Hybrid that was decently priced and, more importantly for her, more comfortable.

We then went to the other two stores in town. Both had similarly comfortable items, but for more $$ and would charge delivery and even a disposal fee, for one of the stores.

Mattressville, will do these things for FREE + they will evaluate your old mattress and, if possible, sterilize and donate it to a local charible organization. Like I mentioned, ours were in great shape, so the idea that someone else could benefit is very appealing to us.

After looking at all three locations and factoring the lower overall pricing, re-purposing, AND a 20 year warranty vs. 10 years at the other two stores, we went back to Mattressville.

Our sales consultant was Hannah, a VERY personable and pleasant young lady! Her manager, Dan was also very polite and helpful!

We already had a price quote for the ONE mattress. I asked Hannah to "give me an offer I can't refuse" for two mattresses.

She coordinated with her boss and came back with a written price.

I looked at it and said, "Let's do it!"

Today the Mattresses were delivered and the two men delivering were equally pleasant and stated that our old ones were some of the best they'd seen in quite a while.

I encourage you to do your own due diligence, but more than likely, if you're buying in Granbury, you'll end up doing business with...

I first used Mattressville in Stephenville a few years ago. I was very happy with my 1st purchase. I was thrilled they opened a location in Granbury. I'm pleased to say I received the same quality service at the new location.

I knew I needed a full size and gave Dan the timeframe in which I was needing. He quickly looked at his in stock inventory and I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was delivered same day. I just had the room painted and the guys who delivered were cautious about not scratching my walls. There was an issue with a price on a bucky board, but they called the store and it was resolved quickly. Very satisfied!!!

I would also like to say they were considerate to the needs of their customers beyond just mattresses. I walked in and they were helping a couple who weren't wearing masks. I walk in wearing one and both employees respected it and kept social distancing. The salesman Dan then approaches me wearing one. Being immune compromised this meant a lot. Locally owned and operated, which I like. I’ve bought a half dozens beds in my life and every time before I had chosen a corporate chain that ended up feeling like a bait and switch, pushy sales, and broken promises. At Mattressville, everyone was not only welcoming but clearly knowledgeable of all of their products. They had us try all of the beds, not just steering us to the most expensive options. Next day delivery on Saturday with full setup and take away for no extra charge. We told them we were considering a new bed frame, they offered to come back out when that happened free of charge to set it up, and gave us 90 days to decide if we liked the bed with no restocking fee if we decided to trade out beds. The owner David gave me his personal cell and instructed to call if we had any issues.
