I took my phone into this business after being referred by a friend to have my charging port replaced. I was told it would be done in an hour along with the cost and I was happy. I then went back and my phone had a different screen put on it along with a new charger port. I asked and they denied replacing the screen. I then said, “I know I had a deep scratch in my screen”. The manager then proceeded to tell me he replaced it cause of damage they had caused. Ok, all fine and dandy. Now two weeks later my phone screen went completely black and no visible picture. I took it back in and they tried a new screen. I was told this was a problem when they did the initial repair. They had broken my back-light filter and it needs to be re-attached which they cannot do there. I asked, “will I be getting a loaner phone for the 2 WEEK repair process?” He informed me I would have to return tomorrow to speak with the manager. So now I have been without a phone for 3 days. They do not seem to grasp the concept of customer service very well. I am terribly dissatisfied with how this whole experience is going. So please take this review and realize that this business is quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. There seems to be no trying to make the customer aware that they are sorry for having the issues I am having. These issues are caused by the less than par work they are doing to phones. Read moreI originally took my phone in to get my charger port and lock button replaced which was no problem until I came and picked it up. They handed me my device and there were two big lines going down the screen. They told me they replaced the screen in hopes of fixing that problem, which I never gave them permission to do and not to mention removed my tempered glass that had originally been on it. They put a new one on for me , but left air bubbles and fingerprints behind. I left the store hoping nothing else was wrong, I plugged my aux cord in from my car to my phone and the aux port didn't work, I was furious. I went back in there and they told me they were scared to open my phone again in fear of making it worse, but I wanted it fixed. I came back an hour later and all was well....until the upcoming Monday. I was trying to take a picture of some of my homework and the camera was acting weird, I looked inside the lens and there was a giant piece of plastic covering half of it, I returned to the store and they took it out within a couple minutes, no big deal until I went back home to take a picture and it came out blurry, I couldn't get my lens to focus. I again, returned to the store and they reset the lens. I've so far gone 48 hours with my phone functioning correctly, but who knows what else I'm going to find. When I went back to pick up my phone, I discovered that they had caused major internal damage that forced my phone to shut down unexpectedly, approximately every three minutes. When I took the phone back to have the “repair” repaired, they were unable to correct their mistake. They did order me a used phone as a replacement which took a week to arrive. When I went to pick up the “new” phone, they wanted me to leave the old one. Although I had tried to wipe the old phone, it would not stay powered long enough for me to do so. I was unwilling to leave my old phone, which contained all of my credit and debit card info. Dylan G., the clerk, got very angry and yelled at me saying that I could either leave my phone and take the new one or I could leave without a working phone. When I asked to speak with the manager, he lied to me, saying that he was in fact the manager. When I pressed him further, he agreed to let me speak to the manager over the phone even though I was told that he was “partying it up on vacation.” Another clerk could tell he was getting frustrated and took over.
